SPOT ON Hotel Chirag's Lodge

If this hotel does not accept OYO booking then why has he put up such big display board of OYO at his entrance. Pathetic owner and fraud service. Fokat ka board laga liya Oyo ka aur Oyo booking nahi lete Aisa bolta. This hotel asked extra 1400 rupees after OYO booking. So we first saw the room, the rooms were also pathetic just like the owner. There is no parking space. You need to climb iron staircases to reach hotel. In case of emergency its a death trap. There is no negative star so giving one star. Agar Oyo ka booking nahi leta to board nikaal le hotel se Oyo ka.

Very small rooms and passing ways .. and also they are not giving room without photocopy of document which we have to only go and print out it. If someone is coming from far away or at late night then also they says that bring the photocopy then only they will give the room. Hotel should have their own printer for copying the document, what the customer will feel while they say go outside and bring the photocopy document.

I booked hotel for stay and reached early to the venue and asked maintainer to provide empty room to lock the luggage. Guy was not co-operative and had to leave and see another accommodation. Pathatic experience I recommend breakfast in front of this hotel

I have lost trust in OYO rooms. No more OYO rooms for me. All aspects including general appearance, cleanliness, staff, and amenities were poor. Mosquitoes, unchanged stained bedsheets, uncleared dustbins, unclean room and wash room, broken windows, no flush and stench of nearby unclean toilets were the least. Only booked since it was OYO chirag and now I really doubt if there is any standards are required for OYO _ may be painting a wall, adding floor paper, and a thick matteress is whats required. Hated the stay and could not sleep either. Worst experience and would not recommend anyone. Did not stay for breakfast and vacated early. Strict no for couples and family.

Room was good but ceiling fan make sounds like a dj..dinchak tichak dinchak tichak..no food service is there, they serve only water bottles, geiser is there for hot water, irresponsible staff we booked a room 3 or 4 days before, when we reach and asked the room keys he told us there is no rooms available now come after 2 hours..and the entrance steps are horrible you cont climb with holding any bags or luggages, i am uploading the pic of stairs. This hotel is only for lapak lapak come with boy friend or girl friend take a room for few hours enjoy and leave....

No siquriti Not good for family Very poor response from Reseption We booked with breakfast but they did not agree we already show them booking confirmation mail When we call to Oyo customer chair two three times then they give us breakfast The bring breakfast in carry bag , no plates no spoons no drinking water also . Worst experience

This was dirty Oyo I never see this was worst Oyo room was not cleaned and dirty bathroom door has not there lock and beds also dirty and worst everyone never go this Oyo I suggest best to go another Oyo

The Hotel is located in a very good place little distance from Outer ring road. Second time I was in Chirag's oyo .checked in late at night at about 4 am. Nice and decent hotel. Easy to locate. Liked the place and would definitely recommend
