Worst experience rooms are not tidy, No 24/7 hot water service No water service

Hi stayed here for day, they charged 1200 rupees, instead of 889, they are saying this is not our website.. Worst service and no cleaning the room, if you get the rain those are staying with glass windows, the rain water will come into the room. I complaint many times but no issue. I suggest please take other rooms in raining season... 2.5 stars Especially it's not suitable for family...
