Undoubtedly the work experience. The staff had not courtesy or regret about our complaints. It was a horrible experience. The rooms were miles away from the normal standard of cleaning and hygiene. Bathrooms were filthy and dirty. Sheets and towels were smelly. Please avoid this hotel.

Goods: 1. Rooms are large enough 2. Amenities like TV, Wifi, AC, Wardrobe and Lift are good. 3. Near by Hotels and Supermarket available 4. Reasonable price. Bads: 1. toilets, showers tables are in terrible condition. 2. No handwash, Soaps, laundry and basic hygienic products available. 3. Lots of broken pipes, jet sprayer, flushes and mirrors. 4. Daily cleaning is not available also lot of stains on blankets and Bedsheets.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I had a horrible stay at this hotel. The washrooms were extremely dirty, completely unhygienic, and poorly maintained. The manager was incredibly rude and arrogant, showing no concern for customer service. The overall experience was a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere!

Not a good experience, the service was the only good thing here. The rooms are dirty, nothing is working, the water is not coming most of the times, had a 2 day stay here and had to switch the rooms. The staff was helpful. But the rooms are in no condition to stay.

The staff was unfriendly, uncooperative, and unprofessional. Whenever I approached them with a concern or requested assistance, they would dismissively tell me to "leave" or "walk out" if I wasn't satisfied. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and made me feel unwelcome. The service was subpar, with long delays and unfulfilled requests. Basic amenities were not properly maintained, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. I would not recommend to anyone. I recently had the pleasure of staying at De Alphabet and had a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.

Despite paying for basic amenities, I faced: - Unresponsive staff - Unfulfilled requests - Dismissive attitude - Unclean facilities When I politely asked for assistance, I was told to 'leave' if I wasn't satisfied. As a paying guest, I expected respect and courtesy. The hostel's lack of concern for customer satisfaction is alarming. Until significant improvements are made, I would advise others to avoid De Alphabet *Rating:* 1/5

Rooms are spacious and good..... but toilets are not good.....taps are not working..... There are no chairs or tables in the room
