Super OYO Alpine Glow Heights

Bloody hell experience with this hotel and how could you recommend as it's 3star hotel. And it's upon the bar how could family members could stay here. And there is proper AC as well as fan. And this doesn't worth for its price. Please try to look into it.

Shoddy rooms, bathrooms leak from everywhere. OYO seems to be fraud company. Poor service,they don't wash lenins and pillows after each guest visit which was seen by my mother and she objected to it. The entrance is a big shocker. would not recommend anyone to stay over there. Plenty of restaurants to eat around and great location of the hotel. Costly hotel rents for the poor service that they provide.

Been there for 3 days. The rooms were not maintained properly. Location is good even though there is a alcohol bar nearside. The staff is very rude. He asked me to give extra money while checking out. I don't know his name but he wears glasses and there is another short guy who didn't even do anything to stop it.

Very worst. Insect lot in the room. Not clean in room and common path. Negative maintenance. Bad smell in room in common path. Please never go and stay in this lodge. I don't know how you gave 4 star for to his lodge. Many places lodge also very good and very safe. I have not seen these kind of such a worst service and maintenance in my last 15 years travel.

Never bring your family to this place. Worst experience. Rooms are stinking. Common entrance for bar and oyo rooms. Some neighbour room customers were having alcohol and playing loud music at 1am midnight. I think oyo should consider removing their brand from this hotel. Or reduce charges to 600/day per room

Firstly, the entrance will creep you out and if you managed to go inside then the room will be a mess. It will be filled with the smell of alcohol and smoke. The washroom will have no water or if there's water, it will flow so slow that you can't practically do anything. The sprinkler head will be missing. Definitely not recommended, neither for solo nor for family. Go with this. Don't be attracted to the 5 star or 4 star reviews. This is the real truth.

It is not tidy room where the bed sheets were not changed, the bathrooms pipes works somtimes and the jet flush was broken, i recomend to not opt this room.

Stinky rooms. Floor is sticky and cigarette smoking smells so strongly and disgusting. I can guess that what happened in the room last night.
