SPOT ON Gokul Residency Near Secunderabad Railway Station

I strongly recommend not booking rooms at Gokul Residency due to unprofessional behavior. We had booked(19th - April - 2025)a room for my family at Gokul Residency for a total amount of 393. We paid 99 as a confirmation amount in advance. At the time of check-in, I informed the reception staff at Gokul Residency that we would pay the remaining 294 at the property. However, the reception staff demanded an additional 300, which was not part of the original booking. When I refused to pay the extra amount, they responded by saying that if I didn't pay, they would not provide us with the room. I asked them who had authorized this extra charge, but received no clear answer. Additionally, the reception staff-who appeared to be intoxicated-spoke very rudely, especially to my wife. They behaved in a highly disrespectful and aggressive manner toward her. To avoid further conflict, we ended up paying an extra 200. Even after this, the staff continued to speak rudely and behave inappropriately.

Worst hotel and rude impolite staff... I have booked the room in agoda which is redirected to oyo. When I reached the hotel to check in they charged double the amount and gave me the worst room. The room was full of spliting and very bad smell is coming, i can't even stay there for 5 mins. When I asked to change the room the staff misbehaved with me. Please please don't book this hotel and get insulted by giving money... The worst worst... Hotel i have ever stayed ( 5 mins ).

The rudest hotel staff is also acting rudely, and there were a lot of bed bugs in my room around 2:00 a.m. I get there and request a room change, but in addition to the empty rooms, there are no towels, the room is dirty and unsanitary and all of the pictures on Google and Oyo are fake. Actually, they weren't worthy of a single star too.

PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS....NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. We have booked the hotel from booking.com which was redirected to oyo. The pictures on OYO are not real. When we reached the hotel they refused to provide the room saying that we don't have it. And if we want room then we have been asked to pay triple the amount which is mentioned in oyo. Please don't fall into OYO price and images. Owner was really Rude. Not speaking a single word politely. PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
