OYO 9936 Elite Inn

To begin with, no proper parking, the ambience is not at all good. Reception was resentful and least bothered to take any initiative to help the customers. Rooms are so small and are not worthy of the price they are charging Rest room is not well maintained and the room was not cleaned until we called the housekeeping 5-6 times. The room wasn't locking properly as well. Overall, a very bad experience. Not recommended.

The hotel is quite is located in residential area. Amenities in the hotel are worst. I stayed for 1 night and it was the worst stay of all time. The staff is horrible. They don't have any responsibility towards service. 1. No water in the bathrooms 2. AC remote doesn't work 3. Telephone out of order 4. Half an hour for water to get refilled into flush tank 5. Health faucet sprays water like sprinkler 6. Water heater capacity is on 2 litres, so you need keep wai5for hot water.

Main thing is room price changes constantly low to high this is bad thing. otherwise Room was good, Wash room is very good every thing cleaned but the pelows are too soft while you put your head on pelows the are fully pressed (bad). Room sarvice is not good, inside of hotel foods are too costly Other then this place quite well, get this for better sleep.. And complimentary breakfast is not okay becoz there is not options only Idli And wada They didn't ask to the guest what you prefer for....

Not recommended.I reached the hotel to find no rooms were available despite paying in full in advance. The person at the front desk was very helpful and shared a bunch of numbers where I can find a place. However, both makemytrip and OYO contact center employees were horrible. They just refused to help and only after I called them atleast 5 times, someone sensible answered and tried to help. They charged me an exorbitant amount for change of hotel for no fault of mine. I finally had to cancel thr booking and am still waiting for the refund.

If you book in oyo at lowest price or in any offer...they simply don't accept your booking.They tell you to talk to oyo..and Oyo people end up in saying sorry. Worst management.. If they cant accept at that price they should have cancelled before. They won't until and unless we arrive. Idiots both Oyo and hotel. Dont ever try to book even if you got this at attractive price

Hotel staffs were behaved well. Parking have problem. Rooms are good except my rooms washroom. It was clean but flush had problem.

Room service is good, I had a word with oyo service center and confirmed for early check-in since the rooms are available, staff over there demanded money even after saying that we had confirmed booking for it. They don't even accept online payments.

The staff behavior is very rude and they denied me to give room even after I have booked my room there and their reason is I booked room at very low cost since I have booked room at flash sale so it's cost is less but they denied. I have struggled so much in the night at 11'o clock and later I have to find another hotel.
