We recently hosted engagement event of my sister in law's at Swagath Grand Hotel, and the experience was truly memorable. From the moment we stepped in, the staff were courteous, attentive, and professional. The banquet hall was beautifully arranged, spacious, and well-suited for a celebration of this nature. The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the food. Every dish served--from the starters to the desserts--was delicious and received praise from our guests. The catering team ensured that everything was served hot and on time, which added to the overall experience. The hotel management was cooperative throughout the planning and execution stages. They were open to customization and ensured that our requirements were met to the finest detail, including decor, audio-visual arrangements, and guest seating. Cleanliness and hygiene were well maintained, and parking was conveniently managed even for a large gathering. Overall, Swagath Grand Hotel exceeded our expectations and played a significant role in making our engagement a beautiful and stress-free celebration. In the heart of the town lies an exceptional hotel. While it boasts many great features, a few worth highlighting are its impeccable cleanliness, courteous staff, delicious food, and high-tech amenities like sensor-operated devices. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast with a wide buffet spread, primarily South Indian cuisine--but as a North Indian, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The hospitality is outstanding. If your budget falls between 3000 to 4000, this place is definitely worth a try. You won't be disappointed.

A Great Dining Experience in ECIL Had a wonderful dining experience at this popular spot in ECIL. The ambiance is nice and comfortable, suitable for both families and small gatherings. The menu offers a good variety of dishes, and everything we ordered was flavorful and well-prepared. Service was prompt and staff were courteous, making the experience even more pleasant. The place was clean, spacious, and gave a premium feel without being too heavy on the pocket. Perfect for those looking for quality food and a relaxed setting in the area. Definitely a place I'd visit again!

I ordered a Mutton Biryani parcel and when I opened the box at home, I found all bones instead of mutton. Felt like just paid for the rice. Felt like being scammed. Never visiting this shop again. Giving one star as the rice was good. But I didn't pay 400 for just rice. Should have mentioned bone Biryani instead of mutton biryani. Very bad.

This is not even a hotel but rather a dingy. The rooms have too less light, the lighting is poor. And at night even these lights won't switch off. The electric switches are all worn out and loose. We were shifted to another room where light was better but they door key won't work. At 3700 price per night and the pathetic service they provide, not worth it. The rooms and services here are worth what you get at 1000-1500rs. Breakfast very limited options and generally includes leftover items of banquet party last night. Tv remotes all broken in both the rooms. In one room tv had to be switched on manually the other room had tv remote in 2 pieces which u need to hold together. Either the owners are ignorant or careless about quality and never visit the rooms themselves. We booked for 2 nights and complained about the problems in first night and asked for cancellation of next night and they denied just shifted from one dingy room to another with pathetic service, since money was paid in advance so did not had any choice. Also most of the 5 star reviews here are fake and paid just to keep online rating good, you can see the pattern of 5 star reviews which are posted after every few 1-2 star reviews to nullify their negatives . This is just 5 star reviews on cloud, when u visit the hotel, it's extremely poorly maintained.

This is the best hotel for business travellers visiting AS Rao Nagar for a short duration. There is quite restaurant on the third floor Idea for working lunch cum meeting purposes. Rooms are quite clean and the staff is very courteous and humble. The only negative part of hotel experience is the slightly lower roofing, which is ok for the shorter stays but will pinch if someone wants to stay for a longer period. Overall a great experience.

Waste of money and time. We took moton and chicken biryani.. I particularly told them to midium spicy and its for kids only. Even though they given Full masala and spicy. I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. Food was extremely spicy, to the point where it was almost inedible but this was overwhelming and completely unbalanced Dheeraj Kumar yadav He claimed himself as manager he took the order. I ordered crunchy paneer taste was spicy and ordered uluvacharu mutton Biriyani and veg biryani they added full of roasted chillies that was too spicy,, I informed the manager Dheeraj kumar regarding this no use He claimed the food is as is no chance if resolution Management needs to put manager who could resolve the issue if customer raised a complaint ,Overall it was waste of money and I won't recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal.Definitely not coming back !!
