Hotel O SV Grand

Hotel denied entry even though I had booked and paid the previous day itself , staff are money minded demanded more money for proper room , later I was given a room without a fan , ac , mirror , tv and bathroom door mat . The bed sheets and pillow covers had stains and hairs on them . Very uncomfortable experience and unfriendly staff. I don't not recommend this place to anyone at any case . Would look forward to file a consumer case on them .

I booked this hotel more than a month ago and have confirmation. I arrived at the hotel. They would not even open the door and said they had no room for me. They left me outside in the dark to fend for myself. I am 64 years old and shouldn't be treated like this by this garbage. Disgraceful. I hope the hotel is closed down. Do not risk booking this hotel Ian Jones

Guys, don't book this hotel via OYO or through any other intermediary. They denied me room though I had confirmed booking from Oyo. Don't trust Oyo nor this hotel. If you are with family or you arrive late at night, you will face lot of unpleasant experiences. This is also situated in not so good area.

Very badly maintained premises and rooms, looks nothing close to what is shown online while booking, most unsafe place for family stay, very bad reception manners. Not even with a single star. Please don't waste one's time, money and energy booking these rooms.

Worst ever hotel management I have ever seen... There is no proper system for check-in. They are asking for Xerox copy of I'd even if we sent through online and showing original also not accepting and there are no Xerox shops also near to hotel. Bcz of this they didn't allowed to check-in and demanding for 1500 rs extra... Don't ever visit this property. Very very bad management. One of the worse experience in my life. Worst.... #bad

One of the worst hotel experience ever had.....They don't allow Oyo.customers.....And saying no rooms for early check in....and they front office person Behaviour is the worst....He stands casually without responding to anything.....One of the worst kept management....Never book.this hotel....it is the worst place to stay

Everything is good but the front office boy did not have manner how to talk with Guest and the house keeping boys have a very good job they clean very well my room

When i reached hotel then hotel owner asked me pay extra money 700rs because owner didn't satisfied oyo app rate 458rs i pay online in oyo app. And he told me if you don't pay extra money 700rs then you cancel booking. Owner not have manners how to talk lady he talking behaviour is very very bad so I request to people don't visit this hotel sv grand 810777 oyo owner are froud and harassment couple
