Hotel O Relax Grand Near Snow World

They stole cloths and not accepting MMT price im really upset as we lost out cloths and few of them got dumped in dustbin and not giving a single towels and soap as i faced a really bad experience.

He clear said we are not accept OYO booking . If you book room by OYO then we will not give you room .. the person is very bad and behaviour is very bad.

Booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip and not worth the money that you paid. After checking in, seeing the bed and bathroom condition, I have informed the hotel, I am cancelling my stay due the following: Bed sheets not changed Bad odour No shower No proper lock for bathroom Broken glass Hotel staff said to inform customer care. Informed to Customer care and MMT said, the owners are not accepting the issues. After multiple follow ups, MakeMyTrip offers a 20% refund. MakeMyTrip sent reminders for pay themoney before check-in and if you cancel partly or fully they are not offering the amount paid. I will not refer to this hotel for my stay. Sorry MakeMyTrip

I stayed here for exam and found it comfortable, clean, and secure. The staff was helpful, making it a stress-free experience. Great choice for a safe and convenient stay.

Nearest Hotel of secunderabad railway station 800 or 850m, Its not oyo property hotel. That's the reason. When I book a room and the amount shown in the Oyo app. Hotel staff/Owner will not accept, only first day allow, after they to deny to accept booking in oyo app amount. They ask for an extra amount with Tax. They said in my app with tax more amount showing. Here also oyo also works on it, If any booking amount shows to cx oyo app. Then the same amount is supposed to show owner/staff or cx that amount which shows in owner/staff oyo app. Otherwise same issue face by other people. I talked with Oyo cx support, I didn't get proper help in this issue. They suggested that I move to the oyo property hotel. There I have to pay the same amount as shown in the oyo app.

The hotel owner collected the rent for the AC rooms from me, but did not switch on the AC in the room even once. Even towel was not provided in the room. Polyester bedsheet was placed on the bed. Didn't sleep the whole night.

Worth for the price..and it could have been better maintence

Not at all recommended very shabby and dull location no lights and ventilation the air conditioner is for name sake not at all working,no soaps and shampoo provided ,have to buy at extra cost , had to stay due to no other option at night 9
