Hotel Bhadra's Grand

The staff are excellent, front office was always available for queries, immediate support was there.. some short falls were there like laundry service, maybe heater wasnt available but the service team worked brilliantly to support my requirements. Room service was great and the restaurant was great. The restaurant staff were very cheerful. Over all I would rate this hotel 5 and above for it's cheerful staff

Food tastes great, but expensive. I was okay with the prices but the ambiance and the service does not satisfy the money we keep on the food. It would good if they had a ramp for wheelchair access. It's good that they have two elevators which are in good condition. But the restaurant and the banquet hall on the same hall? That is something I had to think about. People get confused which way to go, they end up in restaurant when they had to go to banquets.

We have organized an party here, the hotel persons are very good they helped us in arranging all things. Good infrastructure and having nice banquet halls. Food was awesome and we have enjoyed the food served here. Need coordination between the staff. We have enjoyed the Hospitality. Thanks to Management.

Food serving is very good. But after service is very poor and no supervision on on-duty staff. They wont clean the tables until completion of the party. This is one of the great drawback to this banquet hall

WORST MANAGEMENT!!!! it was a dreadful experience for our daughter's birthday. The hotel representative was very irresponsible and did not make proper arrangements. The banquet hall is not at all maintained well and looked very old. Nothing was clean and no one from hotel management was showing responsibility towards the customer. Dont opt for this hotel, they literally will call you every hour for money, but don't really care about the events. The event decoration guy called NAGARAJU did not show up to the event, and the work he did was not even worth it. He charged me 35k, for just balloons and thermocol backgrounds. AC was not working in the hall, and we had to tell them every time to turn the AC on. Only good thing was food. Overall it was a big upset for us and I just dont want others to lose their hard earned money.

Fraud Entire Management of this hotel. please don't book this hotel. I will share my personal experience. I have booked one of the hall in this hotel before 2 months of actual function date they took advance and said everything is good for doing the function for date and time and given written proof. And Started calling 2 weeks before the schedule of the function and said need to pay full amount of the function and sent decoration guy and paid10000 advance amount for decoration and went to hotel one week before and paid full amount of the hotel and took money and finalize the menu hall and floor and timing with written proof. Here twist is the manager fraud (sattar and harish) started calling me 3 days before the function and said hall is already allocated to different guy(took bribe and put double booking immediately on the same time) on the same floor and date started blackmailing me and forced me to take some other hall then i refused to take other hall and why i should change the hall where i already booked 2 months before of the function where already have written proof then fraud harish started black mailing me if you take hall whatever hall we give else we will damage your food on the day of function. then i called some of my friends who are police in the Hyderabad and media people then after strong argument they agree to give my money back till now not refunded the decoration as well.

The staff was very supportive. The supervisors were excellent and very prompt in delivery. I would like to thank Upendra for all his support in seeing that the function went off to everyone's satisfaction. The food was excellent and appreciated by all the guests. I would like to use this facility for future functions.
