Dear Oyo Customer Care,||||I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and distress regarding the recent experiences I have had with both your customer care services and SV Residency Nallagandla, an Oyo-affiliated hotel.||||Yesterday, I urgently needed a room at SV Residency Nallagandla and booked through your customer care service. Upon reaching the hotel, the manager denied the Oyo booking, insisting that I book directly through the hotel at double the amount.||||Given the urgency of the situation, I promptly contacted your customer care manager, who assisted me with booking after an hour-long ordeal to secure a room. Today, I again required a room and contacted your team, explicitly mentioning the issues I faced yesterday at SV Residency. I requested not to book me in the same hotel. Despite these explicit instructions, I faced the same problem when attempting to book a room, and I was once again booked into the same SV Residency. Your customer care assured me that the problem would not recur, but unfortunately, it did.||||This has resulted in wasted time, stress, and the urgent need to find alternative accommodation. It is crucial to emphasize that my father is currently on a ventilator at AOI Nallagandla, which adds an additional layer of distress to this situation.||||I am appalled by the lack of resolution from both your customer care team and the hotel. Such behavior not only constitutes a violation of trust but also raises concerns about fraudulent practices by hotel managers associated with Oyo.||||I request immediate attention to this matter, a thorough investigation into the issues raised, and appropriate action against both the hotel and your customer care team to prevent such distressing incidents for others.||||I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

Cockroaches and used condoms at rooms. Upon informing hotel manager and owner, they misbehaved, threatened us and didn't give back any refund. Very unhygienic and substandard hotel.

Only prefer , if u have no other option.

My checkin time was 12:00. I went to this place by 6 but still my room was not ready waited for 45 minutes.. They don't have Ac remotes in room temperature was fixed at 16... And room was not clean

Worst rooms and no proper bed sheet and no AC provided, greyser not working , they don't give proper reply at all worst ... Waste of money

Receptionist won't recieve your calls Booking portal makes you wait for 15 mins and later tells you to call on toll free number.

Costly with smaller rooms, price mentioned on each and every website is fake, they ask more when you go there. Scamming peoples

3rd Grade room .Worst service.Bad smell.waste of money.They charge more when u reach hotel.
