I don't know about this hotel but my x know very well Thank to this hotel for knowing reality about my x

Horrible Management and very poor quality of service. 1. AC's don't work, and if somehow they do there is no remote. 2. Geyser mostly non functional. 3. Wash Rooms with pigeon litter and horrible stink. 4. 90% of the time lift isn't working and there is no power back up. 5. Now they also don't have a commercial power connection, so high amount of power failure. 6. Accordingly water supply to bathrooms is very poor, since no commercial connection water is erratic. 7. No fan regulators. 8. Creaky and half broken furniture. So unless you want a real rustic thug experience please stay away!

Worst Management and very poor quality of service, And they will demand extra amount to stay even if we done payment in OYO, It was very old lodge the actual name is hotel DSP and changed to hotal ragas in OYO by uploading very old pictures and this lodge is located in slum area, no parking no proper security etc.. My review about rooms: 1. AC's & TV's don't work. 2. No Geyser 3. Wash Rooms with pigeon litter and cockroachs and horrible sink. 4. 90% of the time lift isn't working and there is no power back up. 5. Now they also don't have a commercial power connection, so high amount of power failure. 6. Accordingly water supply to bathrooms is very poor, since no commercial connection water is erratic. 7. No fan regulators. 8. Creaky and half broken furniture. So unless you want a real rustic thug experience please stay away! 9. The beds are very horrible and getting foul smell 10. No proper cleaning in rooms. And finally don't book rooms from OYO with out contacting to hotel management! Because the amount which we booked in OYO they(lodge's) are not giving for the booked amount. I experienced this for many times.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative and also reception guy asking for extra money for documents . They don't know how to talk to customers. We have booked 2 Ac rooms but they gave non Ac rooms and also they ask for extra money and they don't provide even water bottle also. They provided pillows which are wet and they Also Dont have Blankets... They lights in the room stopped working. And it's just been one hour and a loads of complaints. Staff is unprofessional. It just looks a A certificate lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star!More

We went by the photographs in oyo which were deceiving. The rooms are dirty and smelling. Bed linen stink and have cigarette burn marks and other stains on them. Lesser said the better about bathrooms. Not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel for the price they charge. Impression - Horrible. Please don't book this hotel.

The rooms are very dirty, and full of mosquitoes. There is no ventilation in the room. No cleaness, no Mobile Network, No Wifi, No food, No water, No parking space for vehicle's, No tv. Ac not functioning. Nothing at here. Wet bedsheets and pillows. Rude behavior with customers. Checkin process will take three hours. Reception guy asking 300 rupees extra money for each person. The room smells like Drainage.

Persons are not responsible with the coustomer, staff is not good stayed for two days but no one cleaned the rooms atleast once.. took me 2 hrs to check in as hotel management is not aware of room bookings.. as the staff did not updated in the portal. I had a very bad experience with oyo..

Over priced for what they got to offer. Heater not working Previous guest's soap was there. Not sure if the sheets were changed. Not a good experience for RS1000+
