High Rise Hotel

Bro good place. Very spacious bathroom. Water is in the consistency of liquid. People are behaving like a human being.

No safety in washrooms. The big ventilation hole is connected to the next room wash rooms. No Hot water.. No locks for the main door.

Not happy with the experience. Had to pay full price for 6 hours as the staff was not cooperative and didn't agree for early check-in so that we will get a reasonable stay duration. ACs are working and Room & Bathroom cleanliness is average as they require minor maintenance.The bed linen provided was dirty with various kinds of stains on it. We had received fresh bed linen and pillow covers on request but there was no staff to change them.Overall - This place is pricier for what they offer and has the potential to be good if it improves on staff behaviour and maintenance of rooms.

This is like a one hour stand for young couples. Not a good place to stay for sophisticated. They don't wash their sheets and none of their AC works. Sad part is there is no good place nearby. This area definitely needs a good hotel.

Money minded people, not ideal for family, probably good for bachelor's. They charge more than what they display in Oyo or Booking, can negotiate and reduce, manager is reasonable, other staffs are not so helpful.location is on road so easy to find the property.

I had a terrible experience. Despite having booked online, upon arrival, the lodge staff refused to acknowledge our reservation. My family and I were left waiting outside for over an hour, and even after pleading with them, the owner demanded extra money for the rooms. It's incredibly unprofessional and deceitful to not honor an online booking. Would strongly advise against staying here.

They don't accept online booking and tell us to raise a complaint to MMT/OYO through which it was booked. They denied check-in despite travelling for almost 600kms that too after scheduled check-in time. Our family was left stranded there searching for alternatives. They don't have bare minimum courtesy to delist themselves from their previously tied-up portals than telling the customers to raise complaints. Please contact them directly than booking it online. Time of incident: Mid of Dec'23.

I booked a room in High Rise Hotel , Chevalla for a day. I booked the room for Rs. 493 as per OYO. I paid advance amount of Rs. 124 and remaining amount during check-in but when i arrived at the hotel, receptionist said that i can't give a room for this price (Rs. 493). I had to wait with family and kids outside for an hour, asking OYO support team to contact High Rise hotel manager, but they never contacted hotel manager and i had to pay Rs. 1400 for a delux room (which is a terrible joke). I don't understand why charging less during online booking and asking high prices during room check-in. OYO doesn't have control over their hotels or just fraudulent games being played. I would never recommend OYO and its related hotels. This particular High Rise Hotel in Chevalla is a big NO.
