TARA RESIDENCY

We went to warangal on a trip and had to stay for one day and night. On the way to thousand pillar temple from Hyderabad we saw the tara residency and tought of checking the hotel for stay. Went to reception and asked about the details like parking, rooms and other services which they provide. They mentioned: Parking is available Room has geyser, AC, TV, wifi. Food will be provided on ordering from their tie up restaurant. In Reality: 1. Parking is not provided to us as there is function and forced us to park outside on the road. Which is not acceptable as initially they haven't mentioned this. We had to park outside as there is no option and the area is full of dogs which would be a danger for car for the damage. 2. Beds in the rooms are full of bed bugs and night we couldn't sleep as attached in the video bed is fully occupied by bed bugs by night and some bit us and we couldn't sleep because of that. 3. From night 1 AM the function has started and we couldn't sleep additional because of the sound also. So bedbugs and function sound totally screwed us and we couldn't sleep peacefully. 4. As there is no sleep we couldn't visit the places and asked about this to management and there is no response and finally after a fight we got one more room night at 2AM. The rooms which they have provided has the locking issue and with one bolt we managed to lock the door. But as it is winter cold breeze is entering the room which iced us and couldn't make us sleep in the new room also. No wifi has been provided but mentioned there is wifi. Overall the stay and experience from the hotel is worst and we paid for which we would have got suit room in other hotels. Please check my videos attached in the post and decide before you book room in this hotel. Awful experience and we couldn't get single penny back after all this experience and management is not at all considering this.

The Ambience was very pleasant and worth staying.. Easy access and good service too.. Very much public friendly.. Enjoyed the stay..
