Super Collection O Hanamkonda Near NIT

The room were very small and full of mosquitoes... My family suffered a lot the whole night and the AC was also not working in that room... Overall the worst experience

The hospitality of receiving and handling us was crazy the process was seamless I had an issue with parking but after a conversation with the owner they sorted it out for me .

The experience was overall very good . The whole hotel is renovated and the staff was very nice and friendly. It was a good experience, and the biggest plus is its location, which is just a 2-minute walk from the NIT warangal campus. I'm definitely going to give it a try again...

Stayed for 01 night Non A/C room. |Although the receptionist was a good person with a sense of humor but the room was not up to the mark with cost. ||I have booked offline and it cost me INR. 1000/- For NON AC Room &||INR. 1500/- For AC Room||The bathroom was dirty and the bedsheet was too. |Mosquitoes will disturb you the entire night. ||Please note: They will provide only room and soap.

Good service, good hospitality, everything is nice to stay in this hotel

Had a very bad experience, the picture does not match the actual rooms. When we arrived they gave us a room with stains on the sheets and very dirty condition. When I wanted to cancel my booking, the OYO customer care representative asked me to send photographic proof, then the hotel individuals did not allow me to do so and started fighting with me. Kept on arguing for an hour. I wasted my whole morning and lost 4000 rupees thanks to this incident. I had just traveled 12 hours from Bangalore and did not expect this kind of welcome to warangal.

I called them for advance booking of the room. Instead of listening to requests they are cutting the call midway and not picking afterwards . Worst service ever . Not even listening to what I have to say.

Good servicing, luxury rooms and will maintanence.
