Lotus Residency

I have visited hanmakonda with my family in September 2024. Worst experience in the room that I have booked. In that room there are lot of 'Centipedes(kaallll jerri )came suddenly one by one. My family was very much frightened with them. A room service boy came and sprayed pesticides to get rid of them. After then they have changed the room. But after that we have not slept peacefully. Though the hotel is good but maintenance is very poor. The pillow covers and bed sheets are nasty.They have changed the pair but those are also nasty.

The service was very bad, the room conditions were unsatisfactory, and my friend faced very numerous issues throughout the stay. Overall, it was a disappointing and regrettable choice. You should never go to this hotel. The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. Mine advice never go to this residency or hotel.

Good hotel and best staff also good accommodation nice

Good for overnight stay, newly built hotel so the rooms and bathroom are clean The housekeeping needs to improve. Saw some cockroach and ants in my room. There is no restuarant attached to hotel or even nearby this place. Rooms are spacious. In the room they don't provide drinking water . You need to go down and get bottled water .

I came from Rajahmundry, the rooms are very good, the staff are very friendly to the customers

Hotel staff received us very well with good Behaviour, Wonderful place to stay. Beautyful rooms for family as well as for Corporate people. Price also reasonable..
