HOTEL THOUSAND PILLARS (3 Star)

Definitely not 3-star standards. Went for breakfast. No guided seating.. you can sit wherever you want like in a regular hotel. No glasses for water. Cutlery, plates are decent. Food serving is good. And mainly the staff holding a tablet, can't speak English.. hard to communicate. Usually they hire hotel management graduates. Not sure their standards are horrible or he is just a jerk. Menu was cheap. I got what I paid for. I saw so many guests are looking at the waiters and waitresses to get something. Which seems horrible. Service should be streamlined and the staff needs to ask the customers like "would you like to have something?" And always check upon the guests. All I saw is they are having chit chat while the guy in the red shirt is having hard time to do his own job. It's better to quit if you are not man enough to do the job. Shameful. Get educated. 3-stars is a standard. Not a marketing technique. But this is definitely not a 3star experience.

We travelled as a family group and had a mixed experience. The taxi vendor which they had suggested was extremely good. While food is good many basic menu items like ice creams are not available at times. We had to ask them to change bedsheets and blankets due to strains. Buffet breakfast is tastewise good but replenishment is extremely slow and people are not responsive despite multiple attempts. The restaurant experience could have been better.

While looking for a good family hotel in Warangal, I must say that this property stands out. Almost every hotel in Warangal fall abysmally short on cleanliness and hygiene. But this property is squeaky clean. Rooms: Spacious rooms with basic amenities. Comfortable bed. Washrooms are bit small but not a deal breaker at all. Restaurant: On site restaurant serves both veg and non veg items. Quality, quantity and taste are perfect. However, complimentary breakfast buffet at restaurant is a bit mismanaged. Buffet is not replenished frequently. However, overall taste of breakfast buffet was fine with coffee being the best. Parking: Although we travelled through public transport and didn't require any parking. But spotted a cellar area, not sure if it is used for parking. Hotel has a security guard that helps with parking outside or on footpath of hotel.

The service was excellent; the staff was friendly, quick, and made us feel welcome. The place is clean and cozy, perfect for a nice meal. I highly recommend it.

Looks exactly as advertised. Rooms are clean and well maintained - nothing fancy, will make do for a touristy visit. We stayed here for 2 nights, the staff are courteous, well trained and very attentive. The restaurant is simple and cozy, the taste and portions are quite good and the price is affordable too. While we didn't opt for a breakfast buffet, the spread is limited and sufficient. One limitation if I have to nitpick, it would be the parking space - it is right on the road and very few spaces. We ended up parking well away from the hotel while being it's guest

Recently visited this restaurant after a longtime, and ordered spring roll. The food item was very oily and seemed stale. We initially wanted to order more food items, but after testing the roll, we decided not to order anymore items. Also service was extremely poor and waiters were unresponsive. Hence we decided to cancel our upcoming party at this venue.

Pavani and her team were absolutely wonderful to serve the food in good time. Hot and so tasty, we enjoyed the food a lot. Food was sooo good that I think we had a lil more than what we normally consume. Thank you Pavani and Team. Keep it up.
