Hotel Raj

First the hotel was good but the manager was so rude and manipulative. I stayed there for 2 days and they don't even asked for water bottle, we have to bought everything from outside even the water too and there staff was so shameless that despite being not provided any service to us they were asking for tip....tip for what?. The hotel management should think twice before giving job to such rude and selfish people and must fire suck people who are unhealthy for hotel. Otherwise hotel's condition is very good and clean. Rooms were big enough with affordable price with AC, geysar and free wifi which was a good experience..My Conclusion is, a good hotel with bad staff....

Worst room . Never book this Room. Manager have very bad behaviour. They promise for bike parking, but no parking available there. I book room from online, but after reaching at hotel, manager got angry for online booking and demanding extra 300 , but after lot of arguments I refused to give.

I booked an AC Room, but after the payment and checking in, provided was non AC and clearly worst kind of behaviour in giving repsonse. I checked in at 1:30 AM with my family. He is insisting to give my money back or providing a good room. I clearly suggest this as non-serviceable room and detract it.

Rooms were relatively cheap but slightly dirty when we checked in. Stayed from 24/12/22 till 2/1/23. Rooms were swept and mopped but sheets were not even replaced once during our stay. Staff were unhelpful regarding A/C issues. Otherwise ok stay for the pricepoint. Overall 2/5.

Pathetic service. Already paid the full amount whatever showed in the app, but the owner asked for extra money, he didn't provide the room until that extra amount was paid. Disgusting human being with no moral values. Room maintenance was very poor. Please don't book any room here until unless you want to regret.

Even if prepaid) through oyo App for 2days stay,hotel management asked extra money of Rs.1000. No lift, no No luggage pickup boy service,no AC,,bedsheets are dirty, no complementary breakfast..The hotel staff never homer oyo offers and discounts. It's unethical behavior,cheating customers. Feel bad experience. If I cancelled,prepaid amount never return.,it's latenight time. Because of family I could have bear all these.

Actually i booked the oyo and i went to the hotel and i said the booking i'd and in the app cost was 918rs and they asked me to pay 1000rs still in the app it was showing to pay money I think hotel members did not accepted my booking and they had given me room and they gave me non ac room and i asked them to give ac then they are saying that in the oyo all will be non ac only that like they chetted me. No maintenance no proper reception they are keeping old man as receptionist he dont know any thing

Worst hotel , Worst staff , Worst Reception , I would advice to avoid this hotel . They are just running it for money purpose , even the fully paid online advance booked rooms were allocated to some other persons
