A Hidden Gem with Exceptional Service! The location is fantastic, close to major attractions, restaurants, and shops, but tucked away in a quiet area for a peaceful retreat. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and happy to offer recommendations, making it easy to explore the best of the city. Overall, Hotel Blue Moon exceeded all my expectations. It's a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and excellent service. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

The hotel service is not good at all, they give it to other people who have booked the room before, the front desk service is also not good.poor service from hotel blue moon not recommended for families.
