Haritha Kakatiya Hotel

Booked Non-AC deluxe room, staff were courteous and respectful, over all room was spacious for family of 4 and wash room clean but for the amount being charged no toiletries( soap,shampoo, moisturizer)were provided which is kind of basic nowadays, only thing dissatisfactory was had to inform thrice to provide extra bad(additional 300). Needs to upgrade their blankets, still using the ones from my childhood Had breakfast next morning ,taste was good but bit pricey for the location & hotel. Location of the hotel is Prime area of the town near to the attractions in the city . Definitely there is room for improvement .

Old furniture, lift switches in first floor are broken and not working, no tea coffee bags and kettle in the rooms, bad than a budget hotel, workers don't listen to managers, taps and showers are worst, no WIFI, very poor room service and restaurant, spacious parking , decent receptionists, not worth a visit. Telangana Tourism must stop presenting as world class. Warangal Khilla is dark and didn't even start the sound and light show. Not at all recommended

**NOT RECOMMENDED**NOT PEACEFUL** There has been 2 reasons for which I Disliked Haritha Kakatiya Hotel most: 1. Every 15-20 min, the AC will automatically go to blower only mode and doesn't do the cooling in summer heat. So I think, the AC was faulty or may be it was their trick to save electricity by putting customers to sheer inconvenience. 2. They gave booking for the ground floor banquet hall to a Chappri gang, who cared a damn about other people's inconvenience and took everything for granted. The group lit loud fire crackers until 11pm creating disturbance for other people. They also made annoying noise with un-silensored bikes and cars. Moreover, management allowed them smoking and drinking freely around parking and other areas, though there was notices hanging about "smoking is illegal in the premises" More points my community should know: 1. Rooms are spacious but not premium. The tip top luxury and delux feeling will not be there at all, at a high price point of Rs. 2800 per night. 2. They provided 2 single beds for the 2 adults and 2 children occupancy. How everyone is supposed to sleep? On couch? 3. There was non-existent room service. No cleaning was done during our 2 days stay. 4. Breakfast was good in taste, but there was no buffet. Staff was going in and out to cater to the orders, with long wait time. 5. Intercom phone was not working.

We have booked Non AC deluxe room for 1500ra per day. Awesome experience - Spacious room, excellent Lunch buffer and breakfast options, accessible to everything around. Staff is also very friendly and courteous.

Very poor service. Poor integrity of ppl. Room phones do not work. Bathroom fixtures are broken. Cockroaches walking around. Dirty towels. Unhygienic food Lot of corruption making a good property a terrible place

This location is Hart of Warangal city. Big room, big location, big areas are additional facilities for family staying. Restaurants with tasty and delicious food. We enjoy.

TG tourism should close this property if they can't manage it. We recently stayed there and the complaint list is endless. Ac's don't work in most rooms, conference rooms are like stinky godown rooms, lift will fail anytime, very unhygienic place!! MUST AVOID!!

Thankyou Haritha resorts for a welcoming stay at warangal. The location is great being in city center. The staff is very courtous and helping. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comgortable. I left the hotel very satisfied. No problems. Value for money.
