Pathetic! The location is good. But the way the rooms are built is pathetic. Though the room was not adjacent to road it was felt as if we were sleeping on road due to bad positioning of window and the glass material is very cheap. It didnt had any sound resistance. And the staff were all night making sounds while cleaning and we were literally struggling to sleep. Don't visit this stay if you wanted to have good sleep. Pathetic experience coming along with kids.

Call them before going. We booked two rooms and when we went, the receptionist was surprised saying there are no rooms. Later he gave us one room for few hours and thankfully gave the other one too at 8PM. The place is good overall and very much worth for the price. The room is spacious and the place is comfortable for the families. Another con: Wifi was not provided there which is listed in the amenities and one of the two rooms given had strong smell.

Rooms are not good...very small.... maintenance is not good...rooms are smelling bad

The room given to us was spacious for 3 people. Particularly wanted a room with extra cost. This was given to us, so happy about it. However the bathrooms were not at all good. Giving 3 start rating because of unhygienic bathrooms. Otherwise would have rated 4 star. Please clean the bathrooms.

Poor hospitality, ill behaved staff. We asked for room at around 1pm during booking and the staff agreed. On the day of check-in,we reached around 1 pm but the staff denied to give room n lied that they have already informed that room will be available by 5pm. On arguing... they continued to lie n misbehave. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst rooms, poor facilities and horrible staff behaviour.

Had a one day stay in this hotel on a business trip and the ambiance of the hotel and waiting lobby was good and gives you a good impression on the hotel. Coming to the rooms I took a Dulux room which has a King-size mattress with AC TV and Hot Water for shower is also available.. Complimentary Soap Dental Kit and water bottle was been provided.. Rooms are well cleaned with fresh smell.. Prices here starts from Rs.2150 including taxes. Overall Experience was good compared with other Hotels in the city..

Rooms are OK. Hotel staff has high level of commitment, however they don't have exposure or maturity to serve customers of today's times. They need to be trained and exposed to the modern hospitality industry to understand how they should interact with customers, execute the tasks, take decisions based on customers requests or.understand their needs and justifications. I belive the charges were steep as compared to the overall infrastructure, and services provided.

Had a lovely stay here. The rooms were clean and the service was prompt
