The administration here can decide by themselves to cancel your booking even if you have paid money in advance and have confirmed booking verbally and in writing. No respect for online booking. Online bookings are not confirmed until you have keys to your room in your hand. Our booking was cancelled due to "overbooking" one day before arrival, with 50% paid in advance. Now, we have to wait a month to receive the money back in full.

We stayed this hotel on August 2022. Yes, our decision was right to stay here and you should think about it while visiting Srisailam. The hotel position is really awesome and it's view (please check the photos). The restaurant food is too good and you will definitely enjoy a lot. The parking place is huge to keep your vehicle. The room is large in size and decent. There is a small children playground. View at lift top is awesome. There is a path which leads to the river. We explored that path and it is worthy but the stairs are under construction.(please check the picture). Cons: More people should be involved as We waited for towels but they didn't provide it immediately and gave it at night. Bathroom is large but no soap, shampoo are provided.

A good option but unfortunately let down by poor maintenance of rooms and linen. It's on the expensive side for what it offers. The food is average and don't be surprised if you get the same curry for dinner that was served in buffet. Parking is in a non secured open area. Credit where due: 1. Location - good, you have view of the river Krishna in front. 2. Punctuality & process - v good, the room was ready at 1:00 PM with extra matress, linen and toiletries; food was served as per agreed time. 3. Room - quite spacious, nice bathroom fittings as well. 4. Staff - quite friendly.

Location & Rooms are spacious and costly too. View is great especially from Balcony. After discount 5k+ for one night. Check-in 1pm but check-out is 11am and they will call you after after every half an hour to vacate. Ultimately you will be ending up by paying more for less time spend their. Service Staffs are helpful especially at Restaurant.

I have been to this restaurant situated in a scenic location. The resort maintenance is decent, and the food is also great, albeit somewhat pricey. But it is worth it mostly because of the location and experience. Definitely, one should stay here if visiting the temple.

It has an amazing view... And that's it. Considering how new it is, and how much more expensive than other hotels In the area one would reasonably expect better quality rooms and facilities. Dirty rooms with dirty linen and towels. No toilet paper. No service. Broken window with drapes closed to hide it. Wifi is useless. And the management is utterly useless, could not care less about their clients or providing a service. Once they have your money you cease to exist. Breakfast was a disaster because they ran out of everything! Hoodwinking the local tourists seems to be their thing. Totally unable to deal with foreigners.

First the positives :1. food in the restaurant is very good, tasty and served with care 2. View from the balcony is fantastic. You will not feel like leaving the balcony, but keep enjoying the beauty of the nature. . 3. Drive to the location is also exhilarating, though it's nothing to do with the resort. Now the negatives : 1. Upkeep of the rooms isn't done properly.. The rooms had dust and dirt on the f loor, which weren't cleaned and mopped properly. 2. The doors and latches weren't closing properly, and we had a difficult time adjusting the door to close it. 3. Solar lights weren't in working condition and all of them were off - technical issues, probably. 4. Guests were allowed to party in the open areas, and play loud music /screaming even after 10pm. The party went on till 11.30pm and we had to personally request those guests to reduce the sound /nuisance. The security/customer care were informed by us, but they did nothing. However, we had a very pleasant overall experience.

Really well built resort with an amazing view of the Krishna river. The rooms are clean and spacious. Allows you to relax and enjoy the nature and watch birds. Also close to the dam that is almost 10 km downhill. Must go location if you are looking to unwind. However, getting food is a challenge and you will have to drive a couple of kms to nearby restaurant.
