The resort is excellent for a day out. We've booked a day out and the welcome was so heartwarming. The whole rides and swimming pool as the scenarios were stunning. It was the best time I've had in a while. Best to book on weekdays to avoid crowds. The stay is too expensive for you. So we opted for day-out

Had a great time on my office party vacation! It was my first experience at this place, and overall, it was worth it. The service was good, and the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. I especially liked the water slides -- they were fun and added to the excitement. The meals were decent, I'd rate them 7/10. However, the washroom facilities near the pool could use some improvement, especially after bathing. Still, as a first-time experience, it was memorable and definitely recommended for anyone looking for a fun day out with good vibes and great company.(P:s - just ignore these photos and videos,which might be not expressed which I reviewed )

Good budget to get away . We took one day outing and it's nice. They have water slides , swimming pool and rain dance(not that much good) . Great lawns and indoor games (carroms, foosball, snooker and table tennis) . We can take out the cricket bats and play on lawns. Welcome drink was provided and lunch buffet with veg and non veg options (fish fry and chicken and egg curry with naan. Veg paneer , pulao and dal . Some deserts) overall budget good resort for 1200 aprox.

Had a great and safe stay with family. Swift room service is provided. The buffet lunch, specially dinner ( veg we had) was awesome. Fresh fruits, juice, and variety of items served in breakfast. Well maintained property and the water park. The staff is very polite and helped proactively. Value for money!!!! We enjoyed our stay here.

Resort and Food: Great, but Water Park is a Major Safety Concern While the resort and food were enjoyable and well-managed, my overall experience was severely affected by the water park, which was dangerously poorly maintained. The water play area lacked basic upkeep, and the water slides posed serious safety risks. Due to insufficient water pressure, most slides were extremely dry, causing many guests' clothing to tear from the back--a clear indication of poor design or maintenance. I personally had a near-accident when my water tube flipped due to the lack of lubrication on the slide. The speed and friction caused me to hit my head and injure my elbows. It's clear that the water sports section is being run by individuals lacking proper training or expertise. This isn't just disappointing--it's potentially life-threatening. I strongly urge the management to review their safety protocols and take immediate corrective action.

We went to this place for corporate outing for 1 day. what I noticed , there are no much games over here...around 12 PM , went to pool for almost 1 and half hour but it was opened until 3 PM. Mandatory to wear Nylon cloths....after 1 PM LUNCH started and food is not up to the mark. After that , went to some water sliders...there we spent almost 2 hrs. Later we want to rain dance. Even it is not opened if we can ask them, they are switch on it..this resort purely for kids and they will enjoy.. The water level depth is too low and good for kids..

Rooms are worth for money Staff especially in management level are very attentive. I stayed in pine wood & loved the experience so I extended the stay for an other day. Mr. Dev the general manager was of great help as soon as I had a complaint at the time of check-in. & one mr. Abhay Gupta house keeping manager was really responsive over all I liked the experience. Food taste needs improvement.

Rooms are clean Food change is good with live counters. Just need to add juice or something in Snacks for kids. Resort is maintained very well and will refer others as well
