Haritha Restaurant, Chilkur Balaji Temple

Everyone in our family got vomitings after eating onion dosa ....

There is a Harita Restaurant, as it's a famous place i thought it would be way better than most places... Firstly no one to guide and no mention of self service. Second too much hassle at the counter, there was a young guy who was very rash and arrogant and was not keeping calm. If he is in such services he need to be more patient, after one lady came to sit at the counter then he moved on to support the tiffin section. That lady was also impatient... If you guys don't want to give service then shut it down... All item were below par and would not recommend to visit.

Rooms: 3/5 Service: 5/5 Location: 5/5 Staff are quite supportive and polite. It seemed to have been renovated with low-cost no cost methods (since they are coming up with brand new buildings nearby). However Rooms are on pricier side given the facilities provided. 5L geyser (may be 2L) is not enough for a family room despite spacious restrooms. Food: Taste is casual. Coffee is not available. Tea is more of sugar syrup (became common in TS w.c.t. past). Staff are quite polite and accommodative. They even gave us hot drinking water once the rush dropped a little. Special thanks. Decent Stay (could have been economic) with easily available food options. Parking: tight for maneuvering sedans/MPVs. Easier for hatches.

The rooms was extremely dirty. They charge 1500 for 1 night and 250 for extra bed. The room looked like it has not been cleaned for ages. We reached late night so dint have much options. They lady Saritha through whom I booked the room was not interested in listening to me when her told her about the room condition instead she pointed to her worker who was supposed to clean the room and he said sorry as they are short staffed. Please please please don't consider staying at this place. U will only end up wasting your money. The blankets I believe have never been washed.. full of dust.. lots is mosquitos and no goodnight or coil given by them. Very bad service and rooms.

Even a star is too much. We came here to have an early morning darshan and stayed here for the night. Obnoxious service. Bathrooms were so dirty I can't tell you. They provided us with already used bedsheets and pillow-covers. When asked, they are arguing with us and saying it was all Dhobi's fault that he didn't wash properly. Such idiots. Please don't stay here. Go to some other better place where people are courteous and the rooms are better.

My experience here was pathetic. As at my arrival there, the climate was windy and its likely to rain and because of this the power was off for whole night and we need to adjust for whole night and we don't have any option. I feel that atleast the hotel should have the power generator. Otherwise, All other facilities are perfect to make us comfortable

Food(rice plate) is decent, walkable to temple, service too slow , lastly there was no water in hand wash areas.

Went for breakfast after temple darshan. The dining place is neat and clean. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting arrangements. Now on food quality it is on average side. Found sand particles idli. Poori was as usual oily. Few staffs were not wearing mask properly. There are few rooms for accommodation.
