Horrible rooms, pre booked room for friend's marriage but didn't check in also due to poor maintenance there were full cockroaches, and when we asked for refund amount they refused and owner was using foul language, said like this not any 3 star hotel and in this season cockroaches will be there, you have to adjust and can't ask refund. We didn't even keep luggage in the room.

Last night's stay was an absolute delight. The room itself was impeccably clean, with not a speck of dust in sight. The management's attention to detail was impressive, from the plush towels to the complimentary welcome amenity. But what truly elevated the experience was the peaceful atmosphere. There were no disruptive noises, and the overall ambience was one of tranquility. It was the perfect environment to unwind and relax after a long day.

Horrible experience. It was during my Neet pg exam, i travelled from Bangalore to Hyderabad as my centre. I prebooked the hotel from make my trip, to my horror on the night of arrival they denied me the room saying the booking was cancelled. Neither i received a mail nor telephonic intimation from the hotel. On enquiring further, they bluntly said that they had informed make my trip about cancellation of my room. Called make my trip and they too didn't get any intimation regarding the cancellation of the booking. Rude staff, and they were unapologetic about their behaviour.

We had booked stay for our guests who came for my sister's wedding. Recommended for nearby areas. However, their service was very bad. The rooms were not being cleaned despite calling you them for hours. They did not even give a complimentary water bottle. Very rude staff, especially Rahul.

The hotel looks like new, and the room was clean. . During check in time, the receptionist's behavior was very rude, and that disturbed me throughout the day. Despite booking an AC room at OYO, I was provided with a non-AC room (Room No. 402). There were no wardrobe and mirror in room. We put all belongings and dress on the bare floor. There were no dress hangers available in the room or bathroom. Additionally, the hotel charged half-day amount for early check-in, and their argumentative approach felt unfriendly.

The rooms are amazing , too much aesthetic, it has windows with roadside view, the location is great , nearby you can get many shops , malls and restaurants. You can get ac, a tv , two lamps beside the bed . The bathroom is nice . But the negative point is that their room service is little bit slow, if you order something for your breakfast, lunch or dinner to your room it will take nearly 30 mons to reach your room and even sometimes it takes 1 or 2 hours. Overall everything is fine, you can surely stay here if you visit Hyderabad, both near to the city and offices of TCS and TASL. Best place to stay for employees working in TCS and TASL .
