Oh Biz Premier at Leonia

The service at this hotel was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms were a major letdown. The bed had uneven springs and was quite uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The toilet seat was outdated and uncomfortable, and the overall condition of the room felt old. The windows were stuck and wouldn't open, which was frustrating. Given the price charged, the room quality doesn't match up to expectations. While the service was great, the outdated and uncomfortable room experience made it hard to fully enjoy my stay.

Hotel is reasonably priced, food is very good,both indoor and outdoor games are extensive and well maintained.Staff is very courteous and helpful.Ganesh in the front office has been very supportive.The pool is very good and brings out effusive spirit of the family.

The rooms were very clean and neat. Staff were friendly and polite. The restaurant food also was good. My family and i came to celebrate an occasion and we had a good time . As you enter the staff greets you and serves a welcome drink. They make elderly couple sit and are caring staff.

Visited may times but I've seen steady decline in quality of service. I encourage more and more people need to speak up. We are paying customers and can't let businesses like this treat us in a sub par way.. especially when you advertise as a "holistic destination". My review is only for Ohbiz, all other amenities and restaurants are fine within the resort.

A whole set of recent reviews on Google state that "this is not the old Leonia". And it is true - it almost looks like a property that has fallen on hard times and is struggling to keep up appearances.||||The property has some basic flaws which are odd. The hotel has no direction signage inside the complex. The entrance to the lobby was blocked off by crash barriers which means that no vehicle could drive up to unload luggage. The parking area opposite to the hotel is pitch dark with no lights. This seems like a safety issue - the passengers or driver might inadvertently injure themselves while managing to navigate the parking lot in darkness. I have rarely seen a hotel property be this lackadaisical in how it treats patrons.||||There seems to be no clear mask mandate. Both guests and staff move about without masks.||||The room provided to us on the 12th floor - a "smart room" - seemed to have been unused for a while. The floor was dusty, the wooden furniture was not wiped down for dust and no one had checked if fixtures work. An entire panel of switches and plug points did not work.||||The bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. Scale stains in shower area and taps, a mirror that has obvious visible marks and a basin area with rust stains.||||The layout seems to be not friendly to wheelchair too. ||||I'd recommend avoiding this hotel for a stay. The number of issues make it a hazardous choice and not something you'd want to subject yourself to during evening hours.

One of worst service at this hotel, rooms are one of the worst. Not worth the price. Rooms are very old and smell sometimes. Better choose other hotels in leonia

We just enjoyed ourselves at Leonia....||The staff are extremely cordial and very helpful. We had so many activities to do here. Swimming, Go carting, adventure sports was the highlight. Overall a very homely and pleasant stay. God bless you team! Keep it up!

Best every experience we had during our stay, the best hotel in its rating and moreover mesmerising location along with friendly staff who are always there to assist you. Over all 10/10 this hotel deserves .
