Amazing place to go with friends or family. They take care of guest very well. Highlights - Spacious room, indoor and outdoor pool, quality food Lowlights- Stuck in washroom due to no water in tap for close to 20 minutes.

Never book this place, spending 13k for a single night we expect silent chilling family time and what we get is a horrible sangeet night just back side of your room till 2 am. Yes they rent resort for marriage also and stays and marriage setups are bloody close.

Extremely Disappointing and Overhyped Experience at Ragala Resorts I visited Ragala Resorts recently after seeing their highly hyped photos and videos on Instagram, but the actual experience was horrible and completely misleading. Unhygienic Rooms: The bed and bedsheets were dirty, with visible hair all over them, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. Dirty Washrooms: The washrooms were stinking, showers were rusted, and basic toiletries like soaps and toothpaste were not provided. No Mosquito Repellents: Mosquitoes were a major issue, and no repellents were provided. Non-Functional Amenities: While there were fridges in the rooms, they were empty with no complimentary drinks or snacks provided. Overpriced Basics: Even drinking water was charged, which is unacceptable in a resort. Unhygienic Dining Area: The food plates, flasks, and serving trays were so dirty they were unusable. Limited and Poor Food Options: The variety was minimal, and hygiene was clearly not a priority. The photos and videos on Instagram are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the resort. The management needs to take immediate steps to improve cleanliness, hygiene, and overall services. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a resort, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We recently spent a wonderful weekend at Ragala with our family, and it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our rooms were spacious, clean.

I have visited a lot of nature places but this by far was a scary experience. I have waited for a year to stay at A frame by Ragala resort but i was extremely disappointed. For the price they have charged, I expected a cleaner room and washroom. There was no privacy at the pool. The washroom was smelly and the walls were dirty. There were HUGE spiders in the Frame. Like someone with arachnophobia (spider phobia) it was a nightmare for me. I know usually nature places we do see insects but this was unacceptable. A cricket got stuck in my hair. I was truly shocked and terrified so much that we left early from that place. I also told my husband that i will sleep in the car but anyway some how the night went by and i am back home. My only opinion (if it matters) is that for the money you guys take please keep the washroom clean and some privacy for the pool will be great and please keep the frame clean as well. Oh, the good part was the food. Like it was really tasty and the pool was fun. We heard peacocks too. And there is the picture of the spider. Like the roof was around 21 feet above the ground level and the spider was so HUGE that it was seen that clearly from zoom in.

Worst experience i have experienced ever. They don't even offer complementary water bottle. I have seen way better experiences for way below prices.
