Hotel Vivera

Very bad experience -do not recommend. Exterior is very upmarket but the service inside leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Seated in a/c room, the service was very bad. We had to order drinks 3 times and they took almost 25 minutes to arrive. Soup was ordered and we asked 3 times where the soup was when it didn't arrive. We were then told soup was not available -30 minutes after we ordered - and the server tried to put the blame on use when we complained. When the mains arrived, they were wrong and non veg was served on a veg diners plate without the server confirming. Overall a very bad experience. High price food for low value of service. Do not recommend.

One of the horrible experience 1 hr waiting time, that too with bad food quality. Chicken Biryani flop, mutton biryani flop. You have ask for spoon, you have to ask for glasses. Plates are oily like they bought from another table directly, just wiped and served to other.

Lot of darkness. No proper lighting. Very negative vibes. Too much oily food (corn samosa)... Selling almost all products Halal certified. It's astonishing. They are selling chocolate also halal certified. I throwd back I saw halal on chocolate. It's really disgusting. Keep separate counter for halal certified products. MUST NOT VISIT PLACE.

Very nice hotel. Situated in beautiful natural location. Service is good. Food quality is so fine. Spacious parking facility is a big plus point to the customers. I visit it frequently as it's quite adjacent to the Warangal to Hyderabad State High Way.

Plus: Delightful & Relaxing. With increased number of visitors to nearby holy places, this hotel gained importance for those not compromising on prices, compared to new hotels established in the vicinity. Minus: This year vivera's mini calendar is NOT provided.

Worst experience worst service not at all gud. First went to ac dinning room we were 7 people and the supervisor der asked us to adjust in d table for 4 he dint even care to respond to us for our query as we were getting late we came out to non ac room we ordered d food and it came after half an hour dat too after we complained dat served people before who came after us. In short u guys can't manage crowd . U shud have bigger ac room space with more tables an trained staff

Not the same charm or tea taste it once had. Even the service levels have come down now and the focus is more on just selling various products

Very worst hotel, taking too much time for order and also aervice. Taste is worst. Better to avoid.
