Absolutely loved our stay at Lords Hrim Akshara Resort! The rooms were luxurious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We also hosted a function there, and the team handled everything seamlessly. Highly recommend for both leisure and events! 5-star experience all the way!

**Worst Experience Ever - Avoid Lords Hrim Akshara Resort at All Costs!** We booked this resort for my brother's wedding from February 1st to 4th, 2025, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I strongly advise anyone considering this resort to cancel immediately, even if you've paid an advance. Here's why: 1. **Lack of Hospitality:** The staff was incredibly unprofessional, and there was no regard for guest comfort or satisfaction. The entire experience was frustrating and upsetting. 2. **Dirty Rooms:** The rooms were in a horrible state--filthy, with a terrible stench, and clearly hadn't been cleaned the rooms once in 3days stay period. Despite multiple complaints, the housekeeping staff did nothing to address the situation, leaving us in unbearable conditions. 3. **No Basic Amenities:** They failed to provide basic amenities like toiletries, and even after asking multiple times, we didn't get fresh towels during our entire stay. It's unacceptable for any resort to neglect such basic guest needs. 4. **Terrible Food:** The food quality was extremely poor. It had no taste, and it was clear that the food service was not up to standard. But the worst part was when they stopped our lunch supply because we didn't give them the balance payment before the wedding! They had already received the maximum advance 80%, and they still had the nerve to cut off our food supply just days before the wedding. 5. **Pressure to Pay Early:** They continuously pressured us for the payment of Electricity charges of 40,000/- before the wedding even took place. When we tried to explain that we would settle the amount after the event, they became aggressive and started withholding essential services, including food. They even went so far as to cut the power supply to entire resort in the mid of wedding at night as a tactic to force us into paying early electricity charges . This level of disrespect is beyond unacceptable. 6. **Mosquito Infestation:** The open lawn where both the Sangeet and wedding events were held was infested with mosquitoes. We informed the management about this issue, but they did nothing to resolve it. Mosquitoes were literally landing on our plates while we were eating--it was disgusting and completely unhygienic. In conclusion, Lords Hrim Akshara Resort basara ruined what should have been a special and memorable occasion. Their lack of professionalism, poor service, and complete disregard for their guests made this one of the worst experiences we've ever had. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this resort at all costs. If you've already booked, cancel it and forget your advance--you'll thank yourself later.

STAY AWAY. We were attending wedding reception at night and we were all in the room and suddenly a hotel manager opens the door with the master key. And he demanded that it is his room and asked us to get out . He came with some other lady and drunk. We were all shocked to witness such unruly behaviour and such incident. I had never experienced in any of the hotels in our lifetime. We should have put the bolt from inside. His name is Avinash and the guy who opened the door was Sandip. Bathrooms were dirty and fan regulator does not work. AC did not work. Stay away for your own and your family safety. Don't leave women and children alone in the rooms.

Worst Hospitality , I have never experienced this type of service in my lifetime , we have booked total resort for marriage from 01-02-25 to 04--2-2025 , there were no locks in some rooms main door , 50% rooms AC are not working, no Toiletries provided in any bathroom , they have not cleaned Rooms ,and Bathrooms for our 3Night Stay , inspite of repeated request no one came from Housekeeping , we have Sangeet on 2nd FEB and 3rd Feb Marriage in Main Garden in Nights , we were unable to sit and enjoy event in garden and unable to eat because of mosquitos and mosquitos are on Foods Plates and all over foods , inspite of continuously Complaining to Management on 1st Feb they have not bother to look into all this issues, very very very BAD Experience...| I request who ever had booking for their events , please cancel and if advance paid is not Refund also i suggest to shift to any other location or else you will spoil your event.

It is a very nice hospitality nd hotels GM Sachin sir and aritra are very kind hearted nd here rooms are very clean also food s are very hyzenic , nd location is very good nd weather also enjoyable

Yesterday I stayed at the lord's Hrim Akshara Resort Basar 201 room number room It was properly clean and all amenities in the room were Avinash Bharti Hk Maneger behaviour is good

Booked it for my sister's wedding, the place is great, big lawns, easy access, but the management needs to be much better, rooms had so many problems, the keys wouldn't work for many rooms, ACs were not working for 95% of the rooms, power outages were so common, but other than this I loved the location,i hope they improve the management and service.
