OYO Flagship 28124 Alekhya Residency Cafe Bahar

I & My Friend had the misfortune of staying at your OYO Hotel Flagship Alekhya Residency #41, 44, Alekya Towers, Byramalguda, Near Sagar Ring Road, Lb Nagar, from [7.00pm] to [7.30pm] on 19-05-2023 in room number [205]. During our stay, we encountered a number of unsatisfactory service levels that AC IS NOT WORKING, TV IS REPAIRED, it took more than an hour to check us AC Working Condition in even though Manager & Room Allotment people is Argued with me I wonder what do the Manager & Room Allotment peoples very Rude Behavior at your franchise, for giving this type of service in heart of the city. simply they are blaming OYO, daily couples will come they spent even 15 mins also they will pay full amount, They did not return money back for an Hour time service is very stupid I hope you agree with me that this type of service is completely unacceptable at so many levels. I am very disappointed from this bitter experience.

No zero star to give hence forcefully giving 1 star. Very unhygienic and unclean bathroom. No basic toiletry eg toilet tissues and toothpaste etc. No cutlery. Stained and unclean towels, bed sheets and quilt. Flush was not working properly. The women who came to clean the rooms kept asking for money and refused to go. Complete Waste of money.

One of the worst stays. No basic amenities like tissues, toilet tissues, toothpaste, cutlery etc. Bathroom window is broken and a clear view to the next building. Ladies who come to clean the room are very annoying they keep asking for money. Cleanliness is zero towels and bedsheets were all stained.

Really dirty and highly avoidable place. Bathroom is just nasty. Very seedy. Nothing like pictures. Staff quite unfriendly. Wifi does not work. Nothing like the pictures. Beware. Avoid. I checked out as soon as I can. Wasted a nights charges.

Thanks for all the super guest experience, we had an excellent hospitality. rooms were super neat and house keeping for nice , staff was cool and very polite .thanks for a wonderful stay. Will give 5 star.

Very bad service no one is there to give keys and show the room when we visit there even if call them they are not picking up our call after 10 attempts they picked and talking in a rude way that we are busy down in the restaurant. No security at all don't visit here.

Very Poor I booked this hotel online by chance its was my hard luck I really regret for my this mistake, in service hotel management have no responsibilities , 10x10 room size there is no facilities to stay for third person and yaaa no water for even morning bath too I suggest everyone don't go for this one hotel.

nice rooms but make sure you ask them to change the bed linen.
