NirmalVilla Cherry Service Apartment

Room is good for stay. Staffs are not friendly they need to be trained to receive customer happy. Their response were not friendly. Except dosa nothing served. Hospitality to be improved otherwise pocket friendly stay.

Due to health issues I admitted my father in Kims-Sunshine and got this service apartment closer to the hospital. Accommodated here for 6 days. Service is good and food is tasty. Not having many options to pick, but tastes good 5/5.

I stayed for 4 days really really poor services , no menu in the breakfast other than Dosa , no one is bothered to ask about anything. Out of 4 my room was not cleaned for 2 days and even the people there doesn't know wether it's done or not Gyser is having serious water leakage issues, no lights in the lobby, AC was having lot of noise , Asked for breakfast other than Dosa. The guys clearly said nothing is available. No toiletries, some old used shampoo and soap were kept since long.

Nice and clean service appointment. They have 3-4 flats in the same tower.

Excellent location. However, very basic facilities. Room service is there but limited. They can improve on cleanliness. There are lot of MOSQUITOES. Go prepared to deal with them. Food was homely, however, the staff comes across very rude. They need training. They are not really rude, its just that they are not trained to handle guests. They are well meaning.

The water was coming out of the ac continuously, even though I did complaint about it nothing was done to fix it or they were not ready to allocate another room saying that they are fully booked. The phone in the room was not working either so when you need to talk to the reception desk or kitchen then you will have to go all the way down. The staff (housekeeper and kitchen help guys) were not at all polite, they have no manners to behave to the customers. They just barge in to your room using their spare key without even knocking, it happened twice.

First of all this is not a hotel, but a service apartment. It is located near begumpet airport. It is about 10 minutes walk from us consulate and passport office. The rooms are clean and comfy. I booked it on oyo and got it for a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly, but none of them except owner speak telugu. They will also provide food if u want, but i wasn't good. Overall a great stay, but don't eat food there.

Good place to stay with nice hospitality..food served on time and clean room .I would recommend for this place for a stay
