We had a very comfortable stay here at this hotel. Room service was very quick.Had delicious breakfast.

The people are talking very rudely the receptionist are really rude. They are arguing about food to the customers. The worst catering ever.Food isn't good Hotel isn't good the bathrooms taps are breaking and detaching

We had our daughter's saree function on 23rd August 2024 at Mangalmoorty. The function hall and the staff was really good and cooperative in most of the aspects. They have arranged rooms for our guest with one day notice. A big thanks to entire staff and Rajneesh for all the help. A very minor improvement can be done - please bring tea in thermos while serving in rooms. However tea was very good. Good luck

Staff were very friendly and best hotel to stay in adilabad

We stayed for a night, very neat clean rooms. Felt safe for family travellers, who wish to take an overnight stop at Adilabad. Car parking available in the basement.

Stayed here in Jan 2024 with family. 1. Food quality is good. 2. Coffee was good. They accommodated requests. 3. They offered us 2 complimentary breakfasts. But overall experience was not great since 1. There were ants in the room. 2. The cleanliness is not up to the mark. The old guests had left the old soap and it wasn't cleaned. 3. No drinking water was given at the time of check-in. Then later, they charged us for the bottles we requested. Albeit they removed the charge after pointing it out. 4. Check out time was changed and we were informed at the last minute during breakfast. 5. Keeping the luggage in the reception or lounge is also not allowed. We had to haul the luggage around till the train departure timing. 6. The staff had a loud verbal fight in front of my family. Perceivably about the confusion of our checkout. 7. They did not offer any help in booking cabs or auto rickshaws.
