Hotel Sai Panchvati

The room size is good but the service is pathetic. They do not give any importance to the customers. The parking space is very limited. The lift is sometimes not available as it is used by others to move the food items, water etc as the building is shared with others. The idly we had during breakfast wasn't cooked well. The water bottles at the breakfast seemed to be already used as I saw none of them sealed. Maybe they used the left over bottles from the parties in their banquet hall. Giving 2 stars only for the room size.

Ok kind between Bangalore to Nagpur or mor towards Nagpur side. Have car parking at basement which make me to choose this over other good hotel/s in this place. Overall ok to stay a night.

Good to stay , food is not upto the level

This property was located at 1.5 km from main Bustand and 1 km from Railway station. The room was spacious but the bathroom was not that clean. Hot water was not available may be due to the defective water heater. The hotel restaurant serves pure vegetarian food.

We stayed here for one night on our road trip and Considering a small city- Adilabad... It's a good hotel with all amenities. We had a good comfortable stay. Complementary breakfast was also good! Room was pretty big enough and clean! Washroom also was clean. That's all we want from a hotel!

Claims to be the best hotel in Adilabad, however I found it to be decent rather than excellent. I will have to think twice before going there as it is expensive compared to other places offering same kind of service. Tea is not available until 7:30 breakfast until 8:15. For someone going out early it becomes a hassle

Rooms are very best, but hotel services is not good, beacuse we have called and comes your hotel man after 1hrs, this happened 2-3 times

We habe booked this ona way to banglore from delhi, room was ok with lots of mosquitoes bed was ok but blanket was stained. We had paid 3500 for 3 people which is little costly for this place and underground parking was submerge inwater atleat 3-5 cm so not very good experince for me.
