Dwaraka Hotel.

Disgusting room paid 2000 for such disaster which we where helpless as we were on the way to prayagraj. Not clean at all....bedsheet and pillow covers where so untidy that we had to use our own bedspread.... Never maintained or clean since ages.... Never ever recommend this place to stay...

Ac rooms at 1500 Non Ac at 1000 I visited there when I was on a business trip. The hotel staffs are good. They dint have mineral water bottle but Ro water they will refill and give you. Rooms are clean some times you will see small cockcroch. Hot and cold water available for bathing. Restroom hygiene with shower. Telephone for reception. Wifi available. But often there will be electric City loss. When electricity is not there ac will not on. You can order food.

Located within the city is a good option for stays

We chose this Hotel for an overnight stay for family. There are not too many hotels in Adilabad and this one would be among top 5 hotels. I think we checked all hotels and lodges in the town before getting into this one. Some hotels didn't have room and some didn't have parking. Most of the hotels were in delapitated conditions. This one was atleast decent hotel with clean room, clean toilet and linens. Staffs were cordial and tried to help us with all our requirements. Ok for an overnight stay if you are not looking for luxury.

Location is the only advantage. Otherwise horrible rooms, the dirtiest bathrooms I have ever seen. I guess they never clean the rooms before giving it to the customer. The toilet in the room we took was not even flushed. Would rate in negatively if there was such an option

1. Hot water facility is good. 2. Car parking is available. 3. Staff behaviour is good. 4. Rooms are in neat and clean. 5. Wash rooms are good and hygienic.

The parking is not easy you might end up parking your car on the road. Rooms are very small in first floor and second floor. There is no lift. The rooms are only basic and with ACs and small toilets. Toilets are not clean, or they gave a rusty look. Room service is pathetic to say the least. Even getting a tea may take one hour. Staff are good and friendly. They will arrange food from outside if you request them. Bed linen and towels are spotless. This part I liked the most. It's a good stay at a city like Adilabad.

They are charging RS 2000 per day that is too much for the location like Adilabad. when checked in room was full of spider webs. They are not providing basic facilities like Drinking water , Hand wash , Sanitizers, Shampoo, Cloths Hangers , dust bin ,wall clock in room, Hot water will come in one Tap but after 5 to 10 min waiting . they are not cleaning and dusting the rooms daily. They will say Internet Wifi is fast, but it will get disconnect frequently that will not allow to work on Laptop. For simple things that need to be under stood we need to ask them .Over all i had very bad experience with them .
