We'd reserved via Booking.com The property owner Rajesh Gudipati called us & asked to pay immediately due to weekend rush, else threatened to cancel the booking. we felt very unsafe.

Well used of space, continental type of construction, ambience is good. Fine rooms with fully fecilitated and well maintained hygiene.
