MSB Resort

This Resort is located outskirts of Hyderabad very big Resort 40 acer of land beautiful swimming pool with lot of fruits trees and lush green lawns ones you visit you will love and no pollution and night time the temperature is also 5deg lower then Hyderabad city It is very nice place to stay with families

I'm surprised as it is such a wonderful place as rooms are located at one corner and the swimming pool is located at the other end, no light in the path to the swimming pool if asked to on the light we need to pay extra.. the farm house looks like another home, Accessories like swing, need maintenance and toilet near the pool are in worst condition need to keep maintenance top priority if need to keep up in business.

The worst place you can think of staying at. 1. They demand the entire amount to be paid in advance. 2. Only 1 old person to maintain the entire resort. No other person available. 3. Color of the swimming pool is dark green. 4. The staying place has no facilities at all, windows broken, beds look like they've not been cleaned for a year. 5. 0 accountability on questioning them. 6. Refused to process refund when we said we will leave the place immediately. We were 6 guys who planned on having a nice time. If hostel living bachelor guys abandon the place coz of it's dirtiness I can't imagine any families going there and be able to stay. Do not trust the pictures in Google. I guess they were taken the day it was made. Nowhere near. Entire place is badly maintained and I'm shambles

1)No Amenities available, only swimming pool is available. No coins in Carom board, no cricket kit and settle bat. 2)No proper service. Table, chairs arrangement everything need to be done by us only. House is not maintained properly. Wash room is not maintained properly and not working. Fridge is very dirty and not maintained properly. Farm is very Big at least minimum areas like House/building, Place where we eat and place where we do Barbecue place should be maintained neatly. No Dustbin available in entire Farm . No crockery available, Minimum crockery should be available for cooking. No Direction plates/Name plates to know what their inside Farm. 3)When we/customers book Farm house it is minimum courtesy to call us and get information from customers that when customer will reach Farm. They did not do that. When we reached Farm, we waited outside for long time . After long time they opened the gate. Once we went inside no Farm person meet us to know if customers need anything like Amenities like bat or etc. In turn we need to Call Owner and ask who the Point of contact is and ask them. 4)Farm is very big but not maintained properly. Maintenance is worst.

Very beautiful place... No Matter hiw big family you have it is still comfortable.. not much far from city.. easy to go and the guests rooms are neat and clean big rooms.. indoor games available.. swimming pool is also deep and clean. but Pool toilets are not clean. Loved the time spent. it is a must visit Farm house.

I hosted my birthday party here. The place is immensely spacious, more so than I expected. There was a man to help us for certain arrangements as well and the pool was prompt and clean

The resort was ok, we should not expect much from the place. The day before we reached there had heavy rains, so we could not use the swimming pool. Also the swimming pool is shared with the resort adjacent to it. The weather is fine. No grocery items if we want to cook. Due to the rain we had to enforce them to do campfire. Rest all was ok.

When we entered the place it looked great. However, we faced a lot of issues during our stay. 1. We did not get electricity in our rooms until next day early morning ( it was all dim light throughout the night ). This is a basic amenity, must be provided without being asked for. 2. No blankets, we had requested for blankets so that we could spend night with a little comfort, however, it seems no proper communication happened between the landlord and the caretaker. 3. We requested(while booking the farmhouse) wood for bonfire, they came very late after a lot of follow up. 4. The caretaker was reluctant to help quoting it is late and he worked entire morning to fix water issue. 5. Gas stove was very low flame (domestic one), you cannot cook food for 15 people at that flame, you need a big stove, proper one.. IT IS TOO FRUSTRATING TO HAVE PAID A LOT OF MONEY AND NOT SEEING ANYTHING DONE ABOUT IT !! WE WILL NEVER OPT THIS FARMHOUSE IN FUTURE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE.
