It was an amazing experience...Very neat and clean atmosphere...scenic nature...gated villa type rooms... The reception team was so approachable and guided well. Morning breakfast is also good taste and buffet organised very well.. Overall pleasant stay and highly recommend for all groups. Thank you TIO

Such a beautiful place . Will definitely recommend. Should be good for family too. Nice view . Good food . Staffs are welcoming . ||I booked through their website and it is user friendly. Rooms are spacious. ||Surrounded by lot of trees gives good air without pollution. Will be a good escape from city . ||For sure , the best place in Yercaud to stay either solo or family or friends .

We recently came here and honestly, it was quite a letdown. I strongly advise against booking online--go in person instead. The online prices are misleading, and they absolutely refuse to price match, no matter how unreasonable it seems. Staff are quite rigid and not helpful at all. If you're planning a two-day stay, just get food for one day. The menu doesn't change, and you'll be stuck eating the exact same thing. Plus, there's no Wi-Fi in the rooms--which is just unacceptable these days. Overall, the experience felt overpriced and underwhelming. Definitely wouldn't recommend unless you're out of options.

Stayed here with friends for two days. The property is maintained well and all the staff were very cooperative. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. It's a calm place to stay with children. Camp fire can be arranged in consultation with the hotel management. Room service was excellent. The food quality and taste were very good. Breakfast was available at the restaurant at extra cost. Spacious car parking is available in front of each room. Overall it was a very nice experience for all of us.

We stayed here for 2 days. We reached there at 5 pm but still rooms are not fully ready. Towel was not in the room. After several times we called reception. Then they gave towel .And at same price they give different category rooms. After complaining they changed the room but there was no toiletries.There no one get mobile network. And WiFi also poor connection. After asking they said only vodafone and bsnl can get network. Dinner menu is same all day and too costly. They don't have al-a - cart option. Only buffet option though buffet is not fully buffet. Overall service is not up to the mark. The good thing is there breakfast.

We stayed at TIO Yercaud on New Year's Eve, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable celebrations for our family, especially the kids. The party was well-organized with good music, fun games, an engaging magic show, and beautiful fireworks to end the night. The property is very clean, including the outdoor areas, and feels extremely safe for kids. The rooms were clean, easily accessible, and the food was exceptional. The staff and management were very polite and accommodating. Although there was a slight discrepancy between MMT's promises and TIO's offerings, the team handled it professionally and ensured we had a seamless experience. It's a perfect place for families looking for a great time inside the city. Highly recommended if you love to be in the city without much noise!

Excellent resort to stay in yercaud, hygiene rooms, charming staff and pleasant views. Jeep off-road was a wonderful experience on man and machine coordination. The trip was arranged by the resort. Food, was ultimate by head chef and kitchen incharge kaviarasan. Overall a wonderful experience The best time relishing with spa service
