Really great place to stay in yercaud... Friendly person spl. Manikandan& team ... they are so humble & polite nature.. especially for kids no need to worries about food it completely home- based food.In this trip my toddler 1 year old son was happy & enjoyed their hospitality ..we felt like home... We have enjoyed their camp fire, swimming pool access too..

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this resort. The hygiene and maintenance standards are shockingly poor and unacceptable for any hospitality establishment. The sink area was covered in mold, with visible black patches creeping up the walls. It's not just unsightly--it's a serious health hazard.

We recently enjoyed a delightful three-day family stay at grandwoodw coco resort, and it was a truly memorable experience. We booked a two-bedroom for four of us and a one-bedroom for two, both of which were well-maintained and cozy, providing ample space and comfort. The highlight of our stay was definitely the food. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional, featuring a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The attention to detail and quality of ingredients made every meal a pleasure. The staff were warm and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The surrounding area was peaceful, perfect for unwinding and enjoying family time. Overall, grandwood coco resort,is a wonderful choice for families looking for a comfortable stay with excellent dining options. We look forward to returning!

Incredibly overrated mess. We had a booking for 8 people, clearly listed on the booking. Despite knowing this the horrendous service: - Delivered our dinner at 12am (it was supposed to be delivered by 8) - For the prices we paid, the cleanliness was lacklustre. Even lacklustre is a generous way of putting it - Toiletries that couldn't account for the people we had booked for - Nauseating Food. We had to complain to the staff due their external catering service which they clearly prioritised over its guests leading to us being served beyond any reasonable time. It was as if the staff made no effort to accommodate for its guests. For this price, our stay was beyond an abomination. 0/10.

Our stay at this resort in Yercaud was truly one of the best and most peaceful experiences. I visited with my entire family of 23 members, and we booked the entire villa. The villa had a total of 7 spacious rooms: two floors each with 2 rooms, a hall, a small kitchen, and a balcony, plus an additional single room on the first floor. Since we had the whole villa, we enjoyed a private, compact swimming pool that was clean and well-maintained. The ground floor also featured a small dining setup and a campfire area, which was perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen setup was convenient, and the staff were friendly and responsive. We ordered food directly from the in-house kitchen, and the chef was polite and accommodating, delivering exactly what we requested. Food options in Yercaud weren't very appealing, but the resort met all our needs. Even last-minute orders were prepared and served before we checked out. While the resort isn't overly luxurious, it was more than comfortable and ideal for us. The location was excellent--calm, peaceful, and easily accessible to major tourist spots. A special thanks to Manager Manikandan for his polite and attentive service. He ensured everything was taken care of promptly. The only minor issue we faced was low voltage in the morning, but that seemed to be a city-wide power supply issue rather than the resort's fault. Overall, I'd rate the resort 5/5, the management by Manikandan 5/5, and the food 4.5/5. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay!

Beautiful location with hill view. Lake is 1km from this place and visible from hotel as well. Service: Overall Nice service. Warm welcome with welcome drinks.Smooth experience during both check in and check out. Rooms are nice and well maintained.

I had a very disappointing experience with both the stay and food. What was promised at the time of booking was not provided. The quality of the food was subpar, and basic amenities were missing. The service was unresponsive, and the overall experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

Worst experience ever faced on a resort.. They have Management issues so that will impact on the tourists visiting here.. Food will not be on time..2 hrs later they will bring the food n that too we go n tell them boss we are hungry.. Never ever visit this place if you want to spend a quality time, you will go mad with the staffs here.. Hope all the positive reviews were the paid ones..
