Very worst hospitality... No power ... No food you have to order from outside ... We have stayed at Unique Hotelz - Ajvi Resorts I am putting this on midnight 3am... No power .. no drinking water in first floor you have to come to ground floor every time .... Even no towel provided If you're adjustable... You can go and spend your money ... No room service No intercom Frequent powercuts ... No on premises restaurant... We are not booked this hotel first ...hotel management have transferred our Booking last minute to here...

We booked a room in this resort already before 3 days of our arrival.even though we booked it ,they gave it to somebody else,And they gave us a guest house near to their resort,which had snails and earthworms in the bathroom

Rooms are good and neat but the washroom smells a bit (adjustable). Bring your own toiletries coz they don't provide one! Location is bit down the hill without proper roads.. can cause slippage when raining! A very very small waterfall in front of the hotel. Totally secluded place inbetween plantation and a hillslope! Open parking and 2-4 mins to the city center!

Rooms are very small, bath room looks neat, but smells very bad due to poor ventilation. for 3000 rs per night this not a right choice. No water bottle, soaps, towels, food - think twice We had used room freshners and agarpathi throught our two nights stays as a family. common guys worthless service very honest, improve your selves otherwise your business will be in deep trouble. Poor choice from our end choosing this one.

The connecting road to the hotel is steep, slippery, rough without street lights and totally inaccessible especially if you are travelling after 6 PM. We travelled as a group and booked 3 rooms for 2 days. The bed spread, pillows were stained, torn, had fungal prints as if it was not washed/sun dried for a long time. We had to make a lot of noise to replace the bed cover, pillows & bed sheets with new ones. Frequent power cut noticed, geyser was not working in one of our rooms. Bathroom was neat but smelled terribly bad because of poor ventilation.We had to use our perfume & deodorant to counter the stinking odour. There was no drinking water, no tumbler/mug, soap, toilet paper, toilet bin etc. We had to literally ask for every basic amenities which should have been available in a decent hotel. They asked us to relocate to a different hotel in the nearby location at 9:30 PM as we were not happy with their offerings but since yercaud is new to us and left with no choice in late night hours we decided to manage ourselves in the same place. The hotel staff offered us to buy dinner when we checked in and promised us to hand over the bill next morning as it took time for us to settle all issues with the room service. Later the hotel staff demanded money from us without a bill and behaved rudely when we demanded a bill. No acessible public transaportation from hotel. This place is not an ideal stay if you are planning for yercaud either with family or friends.

Horrible .. is what I would describe it in one word... if you are used to bad odour and mediocre facilities go for it.. but we found better place for the same price ... don't pay upfront and get trapped..

This is new hotel still construction is going on like 2 months old. Some of essential items not available they buy outside and give it to you like Soaps, tooth paste, Tea and foods. Pros. Room is near by city, no disturbance, rates are cheap, safety, friendly and helpful employee. Cons. Rooms clean is ok not hygiene need to improve, often power cut, TV channel network not available, basic items not available like soaps, shampoo. Food and tea you have to get outside only. Room best for couple, small group bechalor, small famiy

Worst people they are, feels like you get struck with unwanted people. They took 4k from me saying rooms are in high demand and I didn't had any other choice since it was last minute booking. They took money thru Gpay and promised to give guest beds for extra people since they claimed they have only one room. Finally they didn't even give extra blanket. Paying huge money, 3 people ended up staying in hotel and 2 people slept in car. They won't give proper response and one guy claimed he is the owner and his friends were sitting in car parking drinking the whole night and breaking beer bottles and using others car as beer stand. Better stay away from this place. Still the owner didn't return my security deposit, I am calling him everyday whenever I get chance. Ruthless people...!!!! They decided to pay me 1000 refund on the 6k paid, the owner is never picking the phone and he is keep declining. Beware guys....!!!!!!! Bathroom - was filled with snails. Room- had a sewage tank or something under bed, which was smelling horrible the whole night. Atmosphere- it was pretty noisy with owner and friends drinking and breaking bottles until 3am. Electricity- we just stayed 6 hours there, to manage our night and electricity was keep disconnecting every now and then.
