Yelagiri Residency (Family Hotel)

I have never seen such dirty rooms anywhere. No almirah in the room. Fan was not working. No ventilation in the room.horrible stay I have ever had.I have not taken any photo of the room. The photo I have posted all are taken from the rooftop.

The Rooms were clean,neat and tidy.. Their service were good, since it was off season,they deluxe double room for the cost of Double Rooms The Place follows 12-12 Timing for Checking in and checking Out.. Bathroom and Toilets were Clean and Well maintained..

Very poor rooms, Very bad service, Very bad ambience, photos are fake.... especially the swimming pool pic.we wasted our advance money paid. When we inspected the room before actual check in ,we were shocked to see the rooms.Rooms are in a pathetic state...we ran out of there,foregoing the advance of 1k we paid.

We came for a family vacation on weekends . On this entire location only 2 pure veg restaurant is available. Huge rush but we waited & got the slot for the food restaurant. Food was quite good not superb not bad it was okay. We waited almost half an hour to give the orders because only 2 person is available to take orders and clean the tables. We understand their struggle and waited calmly but their way of approaching is too harsh. The lady who taken the order was literally in anger . She is not responding properly. We have to literally shout like local people to get any additional food each time. If you think they will attend u after the order u should wait till night. Either increase the serving people or book the table as per your capacity to handle it because you are in tourist spot . Food rate was nominal .

Dont book it ever. Smelling rooms. I had to wait over 1 hour to get it clean. No windows. No parking. Ac/TV not working at all. They have rejected our online booking at first. Than they have given this rotten stuffs room (check attached photo, this is the condition of our room when they have handed over to us)also they have rudely behave with us. Basically its a small restaurant...they busy with that only. U may not have any room service or receptionist.

Location is good.but the rooms are very bad.there is no cross ventilation.the room is stinking.huge water leakage in the bathroom..maintenance is very poor. My experience is very bad.

Very very very worst hotel Poor service and very poor quality staff and very poor rooms quality and very rude owner No ventilation in room Totally wasted my money and time

The rooms are very neet and cleen and there is a good communication from the staffs and also their providing fisrt class pure vegetarian foods with the good tast
