The place is run almost solo by a young ambitious person who is polite and responsive to complaints. Sadly, that alone can't make a stay good. The camping ground and the tents are decent though we chose to stay in the room as we had a kid. The rooms were untidy with all kinds of filth left over by the previous guests, unclean toilets and cockroaches in the cupboard. And the pricing is way too high for the standards it offers. The deluxe(?) room rates are close to 3 star place in Yelagiri which is very unreasonable. Young travellers looking out for outdoor camping with their gang may find it amusing. Not suitable for laid back vacationers and families.
