Hotel is good with hygiene rooms. They are charging 2% extra for payments made through credit card, its a little disappointing. My suggestion is not to go with complementary breakfast as they won't serve u extra and they don't have more options as we were served with isly and vada and kids asked for one more piece of idly and wada where they denied. Better have breakfast outside the hotel

Great ambiance and clean hotel! Water quality is excellent compare to anyother hotel in VNR! Improvements- 1. Breakfast arrangements should be available atleast from 7:30 am onwards! 2. Water pressure flow quality Improvement

I would give a 5 star rating to this place, especially for the neatness and ambiance of this property. It was very comfortable and peaceful stay of one night and two days. No disturbance, no noise, peaceful and calm place ! We did not have any food from here as we stayed here for a function, this stay was arranged by grooms dad. My overall experience was great They charged 3050 for a day which was reasonable, for the additional 5.5 hours we had to pay 2000 though there were no booking, which seemed to be too much !

It is just few KMs away from the NH. Rooms were compact but very clean and seemed to be a new hotel. Service was good and altogether a nice place to stay with family.

We visited this hotel on 26th and 27th Dec.. The hotel is good, rooms are neat and tidy. Service from the executives is also great. However there are some flaws which we felt could have been better. The hot water was not hot after wasting 3 buckets of water also we got just luke warm water. The breakfast options are not much they bring it to room and limited options of Rava khichdi and saviya kesari. Which most of them don't like. only 1 iron box available which is being rounded to all rooms and delaying customers. Overall an average experience...

New property and rooms are spacious. Car parking outside,. Staff are courteous. No nearby hotels for eating and this hotel does not have pantry. Another drawback is this is a bit far away from station and bus stop

This hotel is a wonderful choice for a short stay! While the rooms are compact, they still manage to provide a sense of luxury and comfort, making the most of the space available. The room service is truly outstanding--quick and attentive. However, one downside is that housekeeping didn't clean the rooms during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. But overall, the experience was pleasant, and everything else about the hotel was top-notch. Would recommend!

Rooms are excellent. The hotel is neat and clean. Staffs are polite and helpful.They also provide cab service. They serve complementary breakfast to the rooms .
