Royal Residency

Booked in a season time through phone call. Rate was too high( more than double 3400, actual is 1500). They said King size room is alloted for us and that is the largest room in the hotel. But it is some average room. Room is not so clean. They said to vacate the room even before the actual check out time. Very worst experience. Will never go this room again.owners are very arrogant and reception guys as well. There is nothing near the hotel and for emergency it is very dangerous.

It was a complete nightmare experience. We had called up twice about late midnight checkin and had informed receptionist to have the rooms clean. Upon arrival we were taken back as the room provided to us was outside of the hotel entrance and was next to a public toilet.. Room was filthy, the water from washbasin smelled horribly, like it was straight from drainage.. When complained they applied perfume in bathroom and asked not to use the wash basin... Though we booked this hotel for a night stay as a pitstop, 3.8k for this nasty room is a complete ripoff and we felt cheated. Anyday avoid this place. Over all experience was pathetic and horrible.

Feel secure and safe. The services are good. The MD and receptionist were very helpful and had a pleasant demeanour.

Location is nearby PRC bus depot opposite. Easy access while traveling on both train and bus. Rooms are near and clean. Comfortable for single or double persons depends upon room sizes. Parking facility available at the rear side of the hotel. Comfort stay for business people. Prices are also reasonable.

Very poor experience. We checked in around midnight and they couldn't accommodate our request for two consecutive rooms. Our room was next to the common bathroom. There was disgusting smell throughout the stay. Bugs made sure to add to our experience. We couldn't wait to check out.
