Rooms average, dirty beds, Age old AC, no cooling. Worst part is charged additional one day room charges for just 2 hrs of extra stay. Rude staffs, not supportive. Not suitable for family.

Not suitable for family. It defenitely requires a Upgrade. Bedsheets were old like 1980's. But the receptionist was helpful though. From bus stand it's walkable.
Rooms & bathroom was neat and clean Ac/TV/Geasor was working fine stayed for 2 nights without any hassle For 2 persons they charged 1300.Near to Villupurum bus stand all restaurants near by... Recommended for individual & friends..
Nice place for stay in affordable budget. You will get so many food Shops near by . Room rent is 1300-1500 . Staff is cooperative
Not bad. Economically ok. But unmarried college couple are coming in day time.
Ok for spend night as it's rooms are open midnight also. Rooms are not up to mark, Water Heaters & AC not working
Overall experience good, but room is full of mosquitos
