OYO Flagship Ks Elite

This is the worst experience I've ever happened in my life. We booked the room in Oyo wuth total payment then however we reached the hotel the receptionist didn't allow us to get in he says that they have some problem with Oyo so they can't afford us and we didn't get our money back. And we feel that he is lying to us because we get refund only 200rs from oyo and 500rs going to his hand

Worst experience, room size very small and bad smell not hygienic, waste of money , don't go this place completely waste,this room gives me alergy infection.

Disappointing Stay My recent experience at OYO flagship KS Elite was disappointing. The room's poor condition and lack of cleanliness were evident, making it an uncomfortable stay. The staff's uncooperative attitude only added to the frustration, and the dirty linen raised concerns about overall hygiene standards. I advise potential guests to carefully consider their options before choosing this hotel.

OYO and KS Elite-You are the worst in the business. Beware. Streets are better than this filthbox in madurai. Bathroom fittings leaking, not at all clean. Nobody to shift or help with luggage. There is AC, but no bedsheets. A really lots of Cockroaches roaming around in the room. Cancel your booking on the cost of even loosing your money. Staff is not at all bothered at all. They'll take advance payment and vanish. Worse than pathetic. Choose only if the next option is sleeping under a bridge...else just don't head to this place.

This is one of the worst hotel. Don't go even if they give it for free. Worst rooms, many things don't work in rest rooms and no one comes to fix it. They don't even clean it before handing over. They don't provide any towels or soaps. Location is in worst place. Almost you need to pass via drainages. Very bad smell. Room is very small and lot of mosquitoes.

Complete waste of money. Everything is terrible starting from location, cleanliness, staff, facilities. One should prefer to stay at Madurai bus stand than opting for this dirty place. First of all, finding this place itself is a big challenge as no proper location is available. Everything that they mention in the booking app, are fake. Highly unrecommended.

Worst hotel i have ever seen .. so smelly .. no currect location.. room and washroom both are very small .. regretted after comming in room.

WORST PLACE, NO PROPER ACCESS OR ROADS, OYO IS ALSO CHEATING AND TAKING EXTRA MONEY. NEVER BEEN IN SUCH A NASTY PLACE IN MY 35+ YEARS OF TRAVEL. WASTE OF MONEY
