The one star is for property!! People not available to help and stating that guest is demanding and treat people like slaves For the owner his staffs are important and not the guest Frequent power failures ( blamed on Rain) For essential we have to depend on people there but they always will be 30 minutes from your call. If you want to do one night stay to experience this place is fine and definitely not more than one day with family.

Nice and cozy homestay. The place is well equipped with all the necessities required in a homestay. Has a full fledged kitchen. Plenty restaurants around for ordering food also available. The room is very cozy and designed beautifully . Its a unique property . Has a nice small garden space too, parking within the site is available.

What can I say! It was "BLISSFUL". The host is connected to his roots and has nature inside four walls. Makes you feel like home, please forget hotel stays and head to this place to enjoy your stay.

Best stay I had so far in India. Lovely room, nice terrace on the roof with a swing, little outdoor pool with shower and a small pond with turtles. Amazing lights in the dark. The caretaker is a very friendly and helpful guy. I definitely recommend to stay here.

It has a lovely ambience. The skylight in your room is great. It also has a terrace where you can have your breakfast, snacks etc. The best is the caretaker Sylvie who was very polite and helpful.The manager is a call away and helps you with taxi, autos and places to eat through Zomato.We met the host Mr Suraj who was very gracious and offered help to us. It was indeed a great place to stay and added value to our trip.

Had a wonderful stay in pinewoods cottage..it was actually our 2 time over this villa worth staying here..main thing is pet friendly,lovely nd friendly staff services nd management neat nd clean rooms nd wonderful atmosphere to stay in madurai

Hi we stayed at Pinewood villas last weekend. It's value for money, quiet, away from the city hustle bustle and above all homely. The highlight is the property manager Prashant. He, proactively assisted in locating great foodie joints and guided us to right timing to visit temple and even booked the logistics. It's cozy, not Uber luxury, clean and good fit for a family. He also introduced us to the owner of the property, principal of a school and another interesting person though I could not spent much time with the owner. Will recommend the locale to my friends n shall visit again. Thanks Pramod & Family

Best place to stay. Proper cleaning is there Bathroom was proper with bathtub. Breakfast not available but then also early can plan our food by self. Room service available in night also. Environment is too good with greenary.
