PM RESIDENCY

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Value for money. 1km from velur main bus stand.

Good place to stay, you get what you pay for Doesn't have an attached restaurant but the guy will get whatever you order

Good Hotel, very friendly environment and staff.

I have stayed twice in this place as I have business visits here. The hotel is clean. The bed is good, sheets/towels are clean with enough fresh air / light. Feels very good inside the hotel. The hotel staff especially Mr. Naveen and Mr. Shankar are polite and warm people. They are sincere in their work and hence can see their output in the cleanliness / maintenance of the place. Appliances are working correctly with good AC (though I have used it very less). TV and cable connection is available. Bathroom are clean with no pests and devoid of any unpleasant smell. The room are in first floor / second floor and there is no lift. I have not faced any issues but am leaving this feedback just for people who may need assistance in climbing. Overall, thanks to PM residency and I will be back soon!

Rooms okay .. Toilets should be cleaned regularly

It was a good stay with an affordable price and service was very good..

Place is clean and well maintained. Good place for a stay. But bit expensive.
