Hotel South Indian Residency

The rooms were quite big. But the other areas in the room (cup boards, bathroom, shelves, mirror) were not clean. Also, the cleaning staff was intrusive about who we are, where were from and entered our room while we were talking to them in the corridor without permission. Also, there is no water heater in the bathroom, kettle or toiletries provided. And the A/c wasnt working well in one of the rooms we stayed at. And water seeped into our room through a crack in the wall after a heavy rain. Improving these would really help everyone's stay and make it comfortable.

Best hotel in velur They are listening our problems and solving quickly. Receptionist talked with me politely. Rooms are too good. Very clean and Neat. Free soap,towel,Brush available.

No lift. No room service. Soiled bed spreads. No fan regulator. No toiletries. No water in the wash basin. No hot water. When demanded, they gave heating rod. After a long travel, we checked in around 9 pm and were in dire need of rest. But the men in the reception were quarelling among themselves without attending to us. Not worth for the money paid.

Very worst Room service. No proper response from the receptionist. We came at 10 PM they were lying down and answering our questions. We asked for an extra bed they gave bed with no bed spread and dirty pillow with no pillow cover Tv not working Bathroom Door not working Western Toilet door was broken Nothing is proper Tragedy Night

The room's interior was nice, and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, we had a disappointing experience during our stay for a function. The room service was terrible; we had to purchase everything from outside, even basic items like water bottles. There was no parking area, and the restroom flush in our first room wasn't working, so we had to switch rooms. Unfortunately, the flush in the second room wasn't working either. The man on night duty was very rude, adding to our frustration. We encountered several issues throughout the night, including non-functional flushes, room shifting, and a TV that didn't work. So pls check the maintance before booking rooms.

Very less maintenance. They will not provide anything but will expect to pay the amount

Very comfortable meeting halls available. Totally three. A gathering of 40 to 200 can meet in a hall. A function with 300 to 400 can be celebrated without any hassle. Very neat ambience. I have not stayed there. But I booked rooms for my relatives from Malaysia. They were happy.

It was very bad no proper guidance from reception staff.. as I called before 2 months to book for February they said you have more time call us on November they noted my details to book 10 rooms.... Now they say their owner have a function so he cancelled my booking this is how a owner will be.... How can we book again in your hotel..... Every customer is valuable... And I was ready to book 10 rooms also gave my details.... None of my family or friends will book in your hotel ever.....
