Don't book this hotel if you are planning to visit Vellore . When I booked this hotel I reached at 2:am with my father and mother . They start misbehaving and kept my money without any reason. As a girl I am really very scared at that time . Please be safe when you are visiting such place .

Pathetic service. The lock was broken and not repaired. For an extra 1hr charged full day money. There are many more hotels nearby to stay. Very painful experience

Everything is good but they cost the full amount just for 3 hours.. I check in on the 18th of March at 12.00 pm and checkout on the 19th March 3.00pm but they charge for 2 days... And there is No respect for the customer... I really had a bad experience... Not recommended...

1. Pathetic service. Changed bedsheets only once in a total stay of 15 days. Ignoring all requests. 2. Room full of cockroaches and bugs. The smell of insecticides is overwhelming without any effect though. 3. Room cleaning was done only thrice in those 15 days and the servants ask for tips everytime they sweep/mop the room. 4. Bathroom water gets piled up. Disgusting drainage. 5. Room Charges are extremely high and it's clearly inflated. 5. Inspite of all the above mentioned things, they have the audacity to ask for extra money as tip while checking out (the manager, the cleaner, helper etc). The manager even misbehaved with us on denying a tip. The lodge people have become goons since they get a lot of people coming for treatment to CMC. This review will not even make a dent in their earnings but seriously

Very bad experience. No hot water. Terribly maintained bathroom. Overly charged price 1300(per day). Demanding and taking additional 1300 even when it is crosses 1 hour more. We took accomodation along with patient at early morning time and vacated the next day(1 hour extra). Staff is very rude. Not even empathetic towards patient. They are cheaters. They said they only collect 1300 but at the time of check out, they demanded additional 1300.

Charges for a whole day just for 30min. Worst service ever. Room lock was not working and not reviewed even after multiple complaints

Rooms are good but service is poor. Moreover, they only accept cash. There is no system of payment through card or netbanking. Rates are on a higher side though but very near to CMC main gate.

Ac stopped working for days during summers without any ETA on resolution. Hope they resolve this problem soon as I heard its a common problem here.
