In June 2023, I had a stay there for medical purposes. It was really good stay. Rooms were clean and ample spaces were there. Service was okay. Location was also good. CMC hospital gates are within walking distance. Staffs are also good. Even they gave me the car parking also.

I had a wonderful stay at Vaibhav Residency in Vellore. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special mention to Mr. Saiful, who was incredibly helpful and ensured a smooth and pleasant experience. The hospitality and service were excellent, making my visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a hassle-free stay

Unpleasant Stay - Don't Trust the 4-Star Reviews I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. First off, the room I booked was supposed to be AC (1500/night) for two days, and I even paid an advance for it. However, they suddenly told me that there was a minimum stay requirement of three days. To make matters worse, by the evening of the first day, they claimed the AC wasn't working, and that I would be charged the non-AC rate instead (1100/day). This was frustrating and felt like a bait-and-switch. The facilities were just as bad. The toilet was incredibly cramped, the bathroom was in pathetic condition, and there were no tissues provided. To top it off, the bed covers weren't fresh, which is just unacceptable. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Don't believe the fake 4-star reviews!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! Never book this hotel room when you are planning to visit vellore. The staff are extremely rude and doesn't have manners to talk to the customers. They accept online bookings and when you visit them. They straight away refuse and start abusing.. It's understandable if the staff have many clients and the rooms are not vacant but there are some basic etiquette's. I was travelling with my family and the staff created a horrific experience. Avoid booking in this hotel, there are many hotels near by and much better.
